Description

Pierwszenstwo Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 20.12.1975 75587 KI. 30a,14/01 MKP A61b 17/42 Twórcy wynalazku: Stanislaw Krzaklewski, Jerzy Robaczynski, Andrzej Reszczynski Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Akademia Medyczna, Wroclaw (Polska) Poloznicza lyzka do kontroli jamy macicy Przedmiotem wynalazku jest poloznicza lyzka przeznaczona do poporodowej kontroli jamy ma¬ cicy. 10 15 25 30 Przedstawiona konstrukcja lyzki zapewnia sze¬ reg istotnych zalet.Wymaga jednorazowego wprowadzenia lyzki do jamy macicy. 1 przedstawia lyzke w widoku z góry czesciowo w przekroju, fig. 2 — ksztalt kirety w plaszczyznie przekroju A—A, fig. 3 — lyzke w widoku z boku czesciowo w przekroju. PL PLPriority Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: December 20, 1975 75587 KI. 30a, 14/01 MKP A61b 17/42 Inventors: Stanislaw Krzaklewski, Jerzy Robaczynski, Andrzej Reszczynski Authorized by a temporary patent: Medical Academy, Wroclaw (Poland) Obstetric spoon for uterine inspection The subject of the invention is a positional spoon intended for postpartum inspection of the cavity ¬ cicy. This inspection consists of emptying the uterine cavity of the remains of a fetal egg, such as placental tissue, fetal membranes, and temporal weed. Hitherto, a Bumma spoon was commonly used for this activity. It is a blunt-blade scraper in the shape of a triangular loop connected to a handle. When using this spoon to scoop out any debris left in the uterine cavity, insert and remove the spoon repeatedly into the uterine cavity. This procedure takes a relatively long time and is poorly tolerated by the patients. The aim of the invention is to enable rapid and thorough emptying of the uterine cavity of the remains of the cavities, fetal membranes and blood clots by suctioning them by means of a vacuum, and a technical problem to be solved. is to develop a tool allowing to achieve this goal. The essence of the invention with the use of a spoon in the shape of a triangular loop connected to the handle, is that the arms of the curette on one side are closed with the connecting wall, and on the other, the two longer arms are connected by a wall so that an oval opening remains between the third limb of the curette. On the other hand, the longer arms of the curette and the walls that connect them are connected to a tube that also serves as a spoon handle. The presented design of the spoon provides a number of significant advantages. It requires a single insertion of the spoon into the uterine cavity. It allows the uterine cavity to be completely emptied of the remains of the fetal egg, and by creating a negative pressure in it, it causes its walls to adhere to each other, which enables an effective massage of the uterine walls and results in better muscle contraction. The rapid contraction of the uterus produced as a result of the massage excludes the possibility of bleeding. The duration of the procedure is shortened, which is of great importance for reducing the patient's unpleasant sensations, facilitates the work of the doctor, and also protects the patient from postpartum complications. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a spoon. in top view, partially sectioned, fig. 2 - shape of the curette in the plane of section A-A, fig. 3 - spoon in side view, partially sectioned. As shown in the figure three arms 1, 2, 3, the curettes are connected by a wall 4 forming a bottom, and a wall 5 between which and the arm 3 there is an oval opening 6. The longer arms 1, 2 curettes and both sides 4, 5 are connected to a tube forming a handle at the same time 7. It has a groove at its free end 8 on the circumference, which facilitates securing the fixing of the vacuum pump drain on the handle 7. 75 58 775 587 3 According to the invention, the posture spoon is connected with the multifunctional postnatal-gynecological unit or through n Indirect line with suction pump generating a negative pressure of 0.3-0.4 atmospheres. The intermediate vessel is also used to collect the collected material from the uterine cavity and control its content. PL PL
