Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 31.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 03.03.1975 75352 KI. 30d, 3/01 MKP A61f 1/08 Twórcawynalazku: Edward Augustyniak Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Akademia Medyczna, Lublin (Polska) Proteza stopy Przedmiotem wynalazku jest proteza stopy wykonana z elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego zawierajaca w sobie elementy metalowe z wieloosiowym przegubem stawu skokowego. Cel ten zostal osiagniety przez wykonanie odlewu calej stopy z materialu elastycznego korzystnie z poli¬ chlorku winylu wewnatrz którego umieszczono konstrukcje metalowa wykonana z blachy perforowanej oraz polaczen stalowych.W celu uzyskania przegubu wieloosiowego zastosowano glówke stawowa kulista.W celu ustabilizowania stopy wprowadzono dodatkowo srube regulujaca ustawienie w kierunku podeszwo- wo-grzbietowym. Segment kostkowy 2 polaczony jest z segmentem sródstopno- palcowym 3 sruba 11 regulujaca ustawienie w kierunku podeszwowo-grzbietowym.2 75 352 PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 31, 1973 Patent description was published: March 3, 1975 75352 KI. 30d, 3/01 MKP A61f 1/08 Inventor: Edward Augustyniak Authorized by the provisional patent: Medical Academy, Lublin (Poland) Foot prosthesis The subject of the invention is a foot prosthesis made of flexible plastic containing metal elements with a multiaxial ankle joint. Known prostheses have uniaxial joints and therefore it is not possible to perform supination and propination movements. In addition, previously known prostheses are made of various materials, such as wood, leather, felt, metal, and therefore do not have uniform connections. The aim of the invention is to remove the above-mentioned This goal was achieved by casting the entire foot of a flexible material, preferably polyvinyl chloride, inside which a metal structure made of perforated sheet and steel connections were placed. In order to obtain a multi-axis joint, a spherical joint head was used. regulating the positioning in the plantar-dorsal direction. The prosthesis according to the invention is similar to the anatomical foot structure and function of the joint and allows for the dorsal and plantar flexion movements as well as propination and supination. The subject of the invention is illustrated, for example, by Not shown in the drawing showing the prosthesis with a contour in a vertical section. The prosthesis 1 is made of flexible plastic, for example polyvinyl chloride, and has the shape of an anatomical foot inside which there are the following segments made of perforated sheet; ankle segment 2, metatarsophalangeal segment 3 and finger segment 4. The ankle segment 2 has an ankle joint 5 connected to a support 6 holding a ball joint head 7. This segment is provided with a collar 8 preventing the foot from twisting in the medial or lateral direction. The metatarsophalangeal segment 3 is provided with an articular socket 9, preferably made of textolite. The upper part of the articular acetabulum 9 has the shape of a canopy against which a metal joint head rests. - dorsal. 2 75 352 PL PL
