Description
Przyklad. 10 kg plynnej smoly poweglowej miesza sie z 1 kg lateksu butadienowo-styrenowego LBS 30—60. Osobno miesza sie 50 kg kruszywa kamiennego w postaci grysu bazaltowego o uziarnieniu 5-8 mm z 4 kg dwuchlorku siarki i 4 kg wodorotlenku wapniowego w postaci wapna hydratyzowanego. Nastepnie obie grupy skladników laczy sie razem bezposrednio przed uzyciem i miesza przez okolo 5 minut az do uzyskania jednolitej masy. Dwuchlorek siarki reaguje z weglowodorami smoly poweglowej, w wyniku czego tworza sie polaczenia typu wegiel-siarka-wegiel. Powstale zwiazki powoduja dodatkowe usieciowanie weglowodorów typu pasmowego i pierscieniowego. Wydzielajacy sie podczas reakcji chemicznej miedzy dwuchlorkiem siarki a weglowodorami szkodliwy chlorowodór jest wiazany przez dodatek wodorotlenku wapniowego. Reakcja podczas ostatecznego mieszania skladników przebiega egzotermicznie. PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 31, 1973 Patent description: March 3, 19752 75 350 The essential technical advantage of using the production method according to the invention is the possibility of cold preparation of bituminous masses, thus eliminating the need for troublesome heating of the ingredients. A further advantage is that the bituminous mass obtained in this way has elasto-elastic properties, and is characterized by a high thermal resistance, thanks to which the mass has limited softening under the influence of elevated temperatures, and is characterized by low penetration and a low tendency to creep. Moreover, the mass obtained in this way retains its strength properties, regardless of the loading speed. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment. 10 kg of liquid coal tar is mixed with 1 kg of LBS 30-60 styrene butadiene latex. Separately, 50 kg of stone aggregate in the form of basalt grit, grain size 5-8 mm, are mixed with 4 kg of sulfur dichloride and 4 kg of calcium hydroxide in the form of hydrated lime. Then, both groups of ingredients are combined immediately before use and mixed for about 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The sulfur dichloride reacts with the hydrocarbons of the coal tar, forming carbon-sulfur-carbon bonds. The amount of sulfur dichloride added determines the degree of cross-linking of hydrocarbons and sulfur compounds, which has a direct impact on the structure of the obtained product and its mechanical properties. The formed compounds cause additional cross-linking of strand and ring type hydrocarbons. The harmful hydrogen chloride, which is released during the chemical reaction between sulfur dichloride and hydrocarbons, is bound by the addition of calcium hydroxide. The reaction during the final mixing of the ingredients is exothermic. The obtained mass is workable for about 20 minutes from the moment of final mixing of the components. The hardening speed of the mass depends on the amount of batch, the ambient temperature and the thermal conductivity of the connected elements. PL PL
