Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe oryginalne uksztaltowanie butelki oraz wyglad zewnetrznej powierzchni, nadajac butelce walory uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, odbierane w czasie jego uzytkowania, a takze wysokie estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i w materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok boczny butelki na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne, fig. 2 - widok z góry butelki, jak na fig. 1. Material ilustracyjny stanowia zdjecia, na których fig. 3 przedstawia butelke na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne w widoku bocznym perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - widok z góry butelki jak na fig. 3. Butelka na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma ksztalt graniastoslupa którego tylna sciana ma zarys lukowy, a przednia czolowa sciana ma zarys lukowy z pionowym wyprofilowaniem falistym calej przedniej powierzchni. Na górnej powierzchni butelki osadzona jest walcowa oslonowa nasadka z zamknieta górna powierzchnia i pierscieniowym wglebieniem w czesci dolnej. Butelka wykonana jest z przezroczystego krysztalowego szkla, uwidaczniajac zdobniczo wszystkie zalamania powierzchni, zas oslonowanasadka wykonana z lekkiego metalu, ma barwe zlota, jak uwidoczniono na rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 i fig,. 4. Butelka na plynne wyroby kosmetyczne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego majac ksztalt graniastoslupa z lukowymi scianami bocznymi pozwala na pewne trzymanie butelki napelnionej kosmetykami, w czasie zabiegów kosmetycznych, spelniajac tym wymogi ergonomiczne. Wyprofilowanie na czolowej scianie pionowych falistych powierzchni, nadaje butelce wysokie walory zdobnicze, marketingowo oddzialywujace na odbiorców kosmetyków.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the industrial design is the new, original shape of the bottle and the appearance of its external surface, giving the bottle functional and ergonomic qualities perceived during use, as well as high aesthetic appeal. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows Fig. 1 - a side view of a bottle for liquid cosmetic products, Fig. 2 - a top view of the bottle, as in Fig. 1. The illustrative material consists of photographs, in which Fig. 3 shows a bottle for liquid cosmetic products in a side perspective view, Fig. 4 - a top view of the bottle, as in Fig. 3. The bottle for liquid cosmetic products has essential features of an industrial design characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a prism, the rear wall of which has an arcuate outline, and the front face wall has an arcuate outline with a vertical wavy profiling of the entire front surface. A cylindrical protective cap with a closed upper surface and an annular recess in the lower part is mounted on the upper surface of the bottle. The bottle is made of transparent crystal glass, revealing all the surface creases decoratively, while the covered cap, made of light metal, is gold-colored, as shown in Figures 1 and 2 and in the illustrative material in Figures 3 and 4. This industrial-design bottle for liquid cosmetics, with its prism shape and curved side walls, allows for a secure hold of the bottle filled with cosmetics during cosmetic treatments, thus meeting ergonomic requirements.
