Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 23.12.1974 75106 KI. 303,4/01 MKP' A61b5/00 Twórca wynalazku: Bohdan Borodzicz Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Pomorska Akademia Medyczna im. Gen.K. PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: December 23, 1974 75 106 KI. 303,4 / 01 MKP 'A61b5 / 00 Inventor: Bohdan Borodzicz Authorized by a provisional patent: Pomeranian Medical Academy Gen.K. Swierczewskiego, Szczecin (Poland) Device for examining the visual-motor localization with cancer The subject of the invention is a device for examining the localization with cancer in order to accurately determine the visual-motor spatial localization in neurological clinical examinations and in the treatment of strabismus. it consisted in the performance of many exercises by the subject and control by a doctor using visual observation. The tests performed in this way did not guarantee correct diagnosis and thus delayed the treatment of the subject. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences. In order to achieve this goal, the problem of deliberate shaping of a localization device with the help of hands has been raised in order to precisely define the visual-motor spatial localization. According to the invention, this problem was solved by constructing a device consisting of a semicircular horizontal plate with a semicircular perimeter a wall covering the entire field of view for the examined person, whose head is in the middle of the plate's diameter, in a specially cut hole in the plate in front of the wall. At the base of the wall in the central part, directly in front of the subject's head, there is a fixation light, which is lit by the doctor. At the base of the wall there are further lights at an angle of 30 ° to the right and 30 ° to the left of the straight ahead direction. In the horizontal plate there is a cutout for the subject's head. On the perimeter of the plate, outside the wall, there is a scale with the zero point at the central light. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the attached drawing, which shows the device for testing localization with hands in top view. The device for testing the location with hands, according to the invention, consists of a semicircular plate 1 mounted on a stand 2. A semicircular wall 3 is attached to the plate 1, on which a fixation light is placed at the base 4. At the base of the wall there is an angular scale 5 with a zero point at the light central. In the horizontal plate there is a cut 6 for the subject's head, 7. PL
