Do obejmy 4 mocuje sie resorki 3, tak, aby promieniowe przeciecia 5 resorków 3 pokrywa- 15 ly sie z promieniowymi przecieciami 6 obejmy 4.Do cewki ruchomej 1 przymocowuje sie konce tas¬ my 2 a nastepnie zewnetrzne wolne konce tasmy napina sie do polozenia odpowiadajacego polozeniu pracy. Nastepnie cewke z napietymi tasmami wpro- 20 wadza sie poprzez promieniowe przeciecia obejmy i resorków do mechanizmu miernika i konce tasm przylutowuje sie do czesci sprezynujacych resor¬ ków 3. PLPriority: January 7, 1972 (P. 152804) Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: February 14, 1975 74,694 KI. 21e, l / 12 MKP GOlr 1/12 "READING ROOM1 j of the Po4ento Office * W Inventors of the invention: Artur Metal, Zdzislaw Tarnowski, Jan Nowacki Authorized by the provisional patent: Experimental Plant of Electrical Measurement and Regulation Apparatus at Lubuskie Apparatus Establishments Electric "Lunie!", Zielona Góra (Poland) System of suspension of a movable organ on strings in a measuring device The subject of the invention is a system of suspension of a movable organ on straps in a measuring device, especially in an electric meter. At one end, the tapes are attached to the moving unit of the meter and then threaded through the holes in the upper and lower arms of the clamp and through the holes in the spring sleeves, and then soldered to the springing parts of the springs. This system has a number of disadvantages, the most important of which is less is the possibility of twisting the tape in the process of threading through the holes in the arms of the clamp and in the springs and twisting the twisted tape. Any twisting of the tape causes malfunction of the device, resulting in an increase in the mechanical hysteresis of the tapes, and thus deterioration of the accuracy of the meter indications. In the current solutions, threading the tapes is a technically complicated and labor-intensive operation. The aim of the invention is to develop a solution for the suspension system of the movable organ on the tapes, allowing for the elimination of the technological difficulties associated with threading the tapes through the holes and possible assembly errors, for example, the twisting of the tapes. According to the invention, this aim was achieved in that radial cuts were made in the clamp arms and in the springs, making it possible to fix the movable organ in the measuring device without having to thread the free ends of the tapes through the holes in these elements. The arrangement according to the invention is shown in the drawing, 1 shows a cross-sectional view of the meter mechanism with a movable device attached, and FIG. 2 a top view of these elements. The ends of the tape 2 are attached to a movable unit, for example, a movable coil 1, 2. The outer ends of the tape are attached to spring parts - 10 springs 3 u Clamps located on the arms 4. According to the invention, the assembly of the system takes place in the tapping manner. The springs 3 are attached to the clamp 4 so that the radial cuts 5 of the springs 3 coincide with the radial cuts 6 of the clamp 4. The ends of the tape 2 are attached to the moving coil 1 and then the outer free ends of the tape are tautened to the position corresponding to work location. Then the coil with tensioned bands is introduced through the radial cuts of the clamp and springs to the meter mechanism and the ends of the bands are soldered to the resilient parts of the springs 3.
