Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uszczelnienie labiryntowe krążnika taśmociągowego o gładkiej powierzchni i cylindrycznym kształcie zarówno na obwodzie zewnętrznym, jak i na obwodzie wewnętrznym, składające się z podstawy uszczelnienia labiryntowego (1) z tworzywa sztucznego, na której osadzona jest pokrywka stalowa wykonana z blachy (2) oraz umieszczonego w podstawie odrzutnika (3) charakteryzujące się tym, że podstawa uszczelnienia (1) o średnicy zewnętrznej ř110,5 mm i średnicy wewnętrznej ř49,8 mm, ma wysokość całkowitą wraz z odrzutnikiem (3) wynoszącą 21,4 mm, zaś odrzutnik (3) o średnicy zewnętrznej ř75 mm oraz średnicy wewnętrznej ř49,8 mm, ma wysokość 10 mm, umożliwiając uszczelnienie łożyska tocznego w rozmiarze ř110x50 mm w celu zapobiegania przedostawaniu się pyłów do łożyska tocznego, co zapobiega jego zatarciu.
