Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany oslonowy przeznaczony do mocowania na scianach zewnetrznych w charakterze pokrycia elewacji. Znane sa rózne elementy budowlane oslonowe przeznaczone do mocowania na scia- nach, ogrodzeniach i dachach. Znana jest blacha profilowana, w szczególnosci tak zwana blacha trapezowa, majaca wzdluzne przetloczenia w ksztalcie rowków, równolegle wzgledem siebie. Blacha taka jest powszechnie stosowana w budownictwie, zwlaszcza w charakterze pokrycia da- chowego lub elementu dzialowego. Moze byc ona wykorzystywana równiez jako okla- dzina plyt warstwowych, zawierajacych element izolacyjny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wyrobu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ukladzie linii. Element wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, który przedsta- wia w widoku perspektywicznym odmiany - fig. 2 - element o prostoliniowym prze- kroju rowków, fig. 3 - element o lukowym przekroju rowków. Dodatkowy rysunek - fig. 1 - przedstawia element w widoku od przodu. Element wedlug wzoru uzytkowego stanowi formowana blacha majaca przetloczenia w postaci rowków wyznaczajacych wzór ulozonych cegiel. Rowki moga miec przekrój lukowy lub prostoliniowy. Element moze byc wykonany z blachy pokrywanej, w do- wolnym kolorze imitujacym ceglany mur. Rowki pomalowane sa natomiast na odpo- wiedni kolor imitujacy spoiny cegiel. Element moze byc dowolnie ciety lub wyginany. Element moze byc wykorzystywana w charakterze pokrycia elewacyjnego mocowanego bezposrednio do zewnetrznej sciany budynku. Element moze tez byc wykorzystywany w charakterze elementu szalunkowego, zale- wanego bezposrednio zaprawa budowlana lub betonem. W przypadku konstrukcji o wiekszych gabarytach element wedlug wzoru stanowi wewnetrzna wykladzine szalun- ku. W obu przypadkach wylana zaprawa lub beton przylega do elementu, który stanowi tym samym zewnetrzne pokrycie wykonanej sciany.Istotne cechy elementu budowlanego oslonowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pole- gaja na tym, ze element ma postac formowanej blachy majacej przetloczenia zas rowki przetloczen wyznaczaja wzór ulozonych cegiel. Profiled sheet metal is known, particularly so-called trapezoidal sheet metal, which has longitudinal groove-shaped embossments running parallel to each other. Such sheet metal is commonly used in construction, particularly as a roof covering or partition element. It can also be used as a cladding for sandwich panels containing an insulating element. The new and original form of the product based on the industrial design is evident in its line arrangement. The element according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows variants in perspective view - Fig. 2 - an element with a rectilinear groove cross-section, and Fig. 3 - an element with an arc-shaped groove cross-section. An additional drawing - Fig. 1 - shows the element from the front. The element according to the utility model is a formed sheet metal with embossed grooves defining a pattern of laid bricks. The grooves can have an arc or rectilinear cross-section. The element can be made of coated sheet metal in any color imitating a brick wall. The grooves are painted in an appropriate color imitating brick joints. The element can be cut or bent in any desired way. The element can be used as a facade cladding, attached directly to the exterior wall of a building. The element can also be used as a formwork element, poured directly with mortar or concrete. In larger structures, the patterned element serves as the internal lining of the formwork. In both cases, the poured mortar or concrete adheres to the element, which thus forms the external covering of the constructed wall. The essential features of a building element designed to protect the building are that the element is formed as a sheet of metal with embossed features, and the grooves in the embossed features define the pattern of the laid bricks.
