Abstract

Podłoga charakteryzuje się tym, że ma postać monolitycznej struktury hybrydowej, w której płyta izolacyjna warstwowa (A) zawiera górną powierzchnię eksploatacyjną w postaci wylewki poliuretanowej (1), pod którą usytuowana jest płyta kompozytu polimerowego (2) wzmocnionego włóknem szklanym a następnie płyta polimerowa (3) typu plastra miodu - honeycomb, pod którą usytuowana jest płyta kompozytu polimerowego (4) wzmocnionego włóknem szklanym, pod którą usytuowana jest płyta piankowa (5) ze sztywnej pianki z okładzinami z kompozytu polimerowo szklanego — do której przymocowane są belki poprzeczne (B) i belki podłużne, przy czym belki (B) usytuowane są w strukturze podłogi i mają przekrój trapezowy, wypełnione są sztywną pianką poliuretanową i osłonięte są od zewnątrz kompozytem polimerowym wzmocnionym włóknem szklanym, natomiast krawędzie obwodowe płyty (A) ukształtowane są w postaci półki o profilu (Z) zaś w ścianach bocznych płyty (A) usytuowane są wkładki (I) o profilu płaskownika.The floor is characterized in that it has the form of a monolithic hybrid structure in which the sandwich insulation board (A) comprises an upper operating surface in the form of a polyurethane screed (1), under which there is a glass fiber reinforced polymer composite board (2) and then a honeycomb polymer board (3), under which there is a glass fiber reinforced polymer composite board (4), under which there is a foam board (5) made of rigid foam with glass fiber reinforced polymer composite facings - to which cross beams (B) and longitudinal beams are attached, wherein the beams (B) are situated in the floor structure and have a trapezoidal cross-section, are filled with rigid polyurethane foam and are covered from the outside with a glass fiber reinforced polymer composite, while the peripheral edges of the board (A) are shaped in the form of a shelf with a profile (Z) and in the side walls of the board (A) there are inserts (I) with a flat bar profile.
