In the folded state, the tubular legs 16 and 16' of the seat mounted to the balustrade 45 adhere to the rod elements of this balustrade (fig. 6 and 7), while in order to unfold it, a disabled person (user), especially one using a wheelchair, grabs the plate element 1 of the seat and slides it in front of the balustrade 45, sliding the supporting element 27 on the sleeve 28. Then, the user rotates the plate element 1 by 90°, thereby rotating the supporting element 27 in the sleeve 28, and then laterally slides the horizontal tubular elements 15 and 15' of the tubular legs 16 and 16' on the sleeve elements 8 so as to slide the tubular leg 16' out of the clamp 13, and then rotates the tubular legs 16 and 16' in the sleeve elements 8 by 90°, resting their feet 18 on the ground, and then moves these legs laterally, locking their vertical tubular elements 17 and 17' in the clamps 10, thereby stabilizing the position of these legs (fig. 8 and 9).

A swivel seat with adjustable position for persons with mobility disabilities, provided with a plate element, the lower surface of which is releasably connected to two substantially plate-shaped bases of coaxially arranged sleeve elements in which horizontal tubular elements of its legs are mounted, characterized in that the lower surface (4) of the plate-shaped seat element (1) is releasably connected to a substantially rectangular plate (24) constituting one monolith with a sleeve (25), in which a releasably connected to it bearing rod (27) with a sleeve (28) mounted on it is mounted, provided with a substantially rectangular plate (29), releasably connected to a plate element (34) forming one monolith with the outer wall (37) of the profiled sheet metal element (38), loosely and releasably connected to a substantially rectangular plate (29), a rectangular plate (41), wherein the supporting rod (27) is connected to the sleeve (25) by means of a screw (31) screwed into a hole (32) of the side surface of this sleeve and a threaded hole (33) of the side surface of the supporting rod (27), and the profiled sheet metal element (38) is connected to the substantially rectangular plate (41) by means of screws (42) with nuts (43) screwed into the elongated holes (40) of this element and the holes (44) of the plate (41).

A seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower surface (4) of the plate-shaped element (1) of the seat is connected to the rectangular plate (24) by means of screws (23) screwed into mounting holes (26) of this plate, while the rectangular plate (29) is connected to the plate-shaped element by means of screws (35) screwed into mounting holes (30) of this plate and through holes (36) of the plate-shaped element (34).

A seat according to claim 1, characterized in that two rectangular plate bases (6) of two monolithic horizontally and coaxially arranged sleeve elements (8) with flanged shoulders (9) are attached to the lower surface (4) of the plate element (1) by means of screws (5), to which one face of profile locking clamps (10) is adhered, screwed to the lower surface (4) of the plate element (1) by means of screws (5') screwed into the mounting holes (11) of these clamps, and next to one shorter side of the plate element (1), a profile securing clamp (13) is screwed to the lower surface (4) of this element by means of screws (12) screwed into the mounting holes (14) of this clamp.

4. A seat according to claim 3, characterized in that horizontal tubular elements (15 and 15') of two tubular legs (16 and 16') detachably connected to each other are placed in the sleeve elements (8) and the locking clamps (10).

A seat according to claim 4, characterized in that the end of the horizontal tubular element (15) of the tubular leg (16) is terminated with an offset (19) with dimensions adapted to the internal diameter of the end of the horizontal tubular element (15') of the tubular leg (16'), wherein both ends of the horizontal tubular elements (15 and 15') of the tubular legs (16 and 16') are connected to each other by means of screws (20) screwed into the hole (21) of the offset (19) of the horizontal tubular element (15) and the hole (22) of the horizontal tubular element (15').

6. A seat according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the sheet metal element (38) has shortened, narrower side walls (39).

7. A seat according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that both the locking clamps (10) and the securing clamp (13) as well as the sheet metal element (38) have a U-shaped profile.

8. A seat according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the upper surface (3) of the plate-shaped element (1) is arcuate-concave and made of plastic.

9. A seat according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the vertical tubular elements (17, 17') of the tubular legs (16, 16') are terminated with rubber feet (18).
