Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest paleta modułowa z łącznikami wzdłużnymi, która zawiera trzy łączniki wzdłużne (6) dwa moduły (1a, 1b) stanowiące swoje lustrzane odbicie, gdzie podział palety na moduły (1a, 1b) przebiega w połowie długości jej krótszego boku, wzdłuż osi wzdłużnej palety, gdzie cześć górna każdego z modułów (1a, 1b) zawiera w części wierzchniej (2) podłużne żłobienia (2a), równolegle ułożone względem siebie i dłuższego boku palety; ponadto podstawę palety stanowią trzy płozy (3) o prostokątnym przekroju, o długości równiej długości palety, biegnące w osi wzdłużnej palety i znajdujące się od siebie w równej odległości, gdzie płozy (3) boczne biegną wzdłuż skrajnych boków palety, ponadto płozy (3) zawierają prostokątne otwory (4) tworząc w bocznej części modułu przestrzeń do wprowadzenia wideł wózka widłowego; oraz płozy w części stycznej paneli zawierają otwór (5) odpowiadający kształtem połowie przekroju łącznika wzdłużnego (6), na wprowadzenie łącznika wzdłużnego (6), który w przekroju poprzecznym ma kształt dwóch kół (6a) połączonych w osi poprzecznej, płaskim prostokątnym elementem (6b), oraz cześć wsuw na każdego z trzech łączników wzdłużnych (6) jest długości równej głębokości otworu (5) płozy, ponadto każdy łącznik wzdłużny (6) zawiera element blokujący (6c) w postaci ścianki zamocowanej prostopadle do części wsuwnej na zakończeniu łącznika wzdłużnego (6).The subject of the application is a modular pallet with longitudinal connectors, which comprises three longitudinal connectors (6) and two modules (1a, 1b) which are mirror images of each other, where the division of the pallet into modules (1a, 1b) runs halfway along its shorter side, along the longitudinal axis of the pallet, where the upper part of each module (1a, 1b) comprises longitudinal grooves (2a) in its top part (2), arranged parallel to each other and to the longer side of the pallet; furthermore, the base of the pallet comprises three skids (3) with a rectangular cross-section, with a length equal to the length of the pallet, running along the longitudinal axis of the pallet and located at an equal distance from each other, where the side skids (3) run along the extreme sides of the pallet, furthermore, the skids (3) comprise rectangular openings (4) creating a space in the side part of the module for inserting the forks of a forklift truck; and the skids in the tangential part of the panels comprise an opening (5) corresponding in shape to half of the cross-section of the longitudinal connector (6), for the insertion of the longitudinal connector (6), which in cross-section has the shape of two circles (6a) connected in the transverse axis by a flat rectangular element (6b), and the insertion part on each of the three longitudinal connectors (6) is of length equal to the depth of the opening (5) of the skid, furthermore each longitudinal connector (6) comprises a locking element (6c) in the form of a wall attached perpendicularly to the insertion part at the end of the longitudinal connector (6).
