The wired connection of the heart to the generator placed outside the patient's body is cumbersome and complicated due to the need to pass the cables through the patient's body. The aim of the invention is to reduce these inconveniences. The technical task for achieving this aim has been solved in accordance with the invention in that the pacemaker consists of consists of two induction coils, one of which is connected to a generator containing a current source, and the other is placed in the patient's body and has one electrode connected to the heart and the other to other tissues. Electric pulses from the generator are transmitted by induction to an induction coil in the patient's body, which are led to the heart. In a variant of the pacemaker, a known internal pacemaker is connected via a rectifier via a rectifier, the battery of which is charged with external generator with a current source equipped with an induction coil.
