Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest automatyczny dozownik tabletek z blistrów oraz sposób i produkt komputerowy do dozowania tabletek. Istotą automatycznego dozownika tabletek z blistrów posiadającego pojemnik i wspornik blistrów, napędzane koła przesuwające blistry oraz siłownik tłokowy do wypychania tabletek z blistrów jest to, że składa się z prostopadłościennego pojemnika (1) blistrów, w którego ścianach bocznych znajdują się prowadnice (1.1) dla ograniczników (1.2) krawędzi blistrów ustawianych równolegle do ścian bocznych pojemnika (1) blistrów za pomocą mechanizmu ustawiającego. W dolnej części przedniej ściany bocznej znajduje się otwór. Przy tylnej ścianie bocznej umieszczony jest siłownik (2) do wypychania blistrów. Za otworem (1.3) usytuowany jest wspornik (3) blistrów o dwóch krawędziach prostopadłych do przedniej ściany bocznej. We wsporniku (3) blistrów wykonane są otwory (3.1), w każdym z których znajduje się para składająca się z pierwszego i drugiego koła (4.1, 4.2) przesuwającego blistry, które zamocowane są na wałach (4) ułożonych równolegle do przedniej ściany bocznej i które to koła (4.1, 4.2) sprzężone są z silnikiem napędzającym (5). Nad krawędziami wspornika (3) blistrów prostopadłymi do przedniej ściany bocznej i nad pierwszymi i drugimi kołami (4.1, 4.2) przesuwającymi blistry zamocowana jest odpowiednio pierwsza i druga listwa ślizgowa (3.2, 3.3). Drugie koła (4.2) przesuwające blistry zamocowane są przesuwnie na wałach (4), a druga listwa ślizgowa (3.3) zamocowana jest przesuwnie wzdłuż wałów (4) i elementy te sprzężone są z mechanizmem przesuwającym. Nad wspornikiem (3) blistrów, w sąsiedztwie pojemnika (1) blistrów, znajdują się kolejno skaner (6) oraz ułożona równolegle do przedniej ściany bocznej prowadnica liniowa (7) z wózkiem (7.1) napędzanym silnikiem krokowym, do którego to wózka (7.1) zamocowany jest siłownik tłokowy (8) o kierunku przesuwu tłoka prostopadłym do powierzchni wspornika (3) blistrów. We wsporniku (3) blistrów, pod prowadnicą liniową (7), znajduje się otwór wypychanych tabletek (3.4). Siłownik (2) do wypychania blistrów, silnik napędzający (5), skaner (6), silnik krokowy i siłownik tłokowy (8) połączone są z modułem sterującym.The subject of the utility model is an automatic tablet dispenser from blisters and a method and computer product for dispensing tablets. The essence of the automatic tablet dispenser from blisters, having a container and a blister support, driven wheels for moving the blisters, and a piston actuator for ejecting tablets from the blisters, is that it consists of a rectangular blister container (1), the side walls of which contain guides (1.1) for blister edge stops (1.2) positioned parallel to the side walls of the blister container (1) by means of an alignment mechanism. An opening is located in the lower part of the front side wall. An actuator (2) for ejecting the blisters is located at the rear side wall. A blister support (3) with two edges perpendicular to the front side wall is located behind the opening (1.3). The blister support (3) is provided with holes (3.1), each of which contains a pair consisting of a first and a second blister-moving wheel (4.1, 4.2), which is mounted on shafts (4) arranged parallel to the front side wall and which wheels (4.1, 4.2) are coupled to a drive motor (5). Above the edges of the blister support (3) perpendicular to the front side wall and above the first and second blister-moving wheels (4.1, 4.2), a first and a second sliding strip (3.2, 3.3) is mounted, respectively. The second blister-moving wheels (4.2) are slidably mounted on the shafts (4), and the second sliding strip (3.3) is slidably mounted along the shafts (4), and these elements are coupled to the sliding mechanism. Above the blister support (3), adjacent to the blister container (1), there is a scanner (6) and a linear guide (7) parallel to the front side wall with a carriage (7.1) driven by a stepper motor, to which the carriage (7.1) is attached a piston actuator (8) with the piston travel direction perpendicular to the surface of the blister support (3). In the blister support (3), under the linear guide (7), there is an opening for ejected tablets (3.4). The actuator (2) for ejection of blisters, the drive motor (5), the scanner (6), the stepper motor, and the piston actuator (8) are connected to the control module.
