poprzez zgrzewanie, odlew lub za pomoca sprasowania pod cisnieniem. Pierwsza warstwa wiezby –
oslaniajaca – moze stykac sie bezposrednio z glowa uzytkownika, wiec zastosowanym materialem jest
bawelna z powloka z poliuretanu lub material poliestrowy. Warstwa druga to otwartokomórkowa lub za-
mknietokomórkowa pianka poliuretanowa lub pianki PE, XPE, EVA, EPDM, ESD lub struktury utrzymu-
jaca ciecz pochlaniajaca energie, w tym ciecz nienewtonowska. Trzecia warstwa wiezby to odporny
na przeciecie polimer z grupy poliamidów lub aramidów. Wiezba zlozona jest z segmentów, które pola-

The shell is equipped with ventilation holes to allow air to flow and water to escape. The brim and visor, also known as the visor, serve as UV protection and protect the eyes from bright sunlight. The helmet's attachment system features adjustable straps around the head, under the chin, and a buckle. Additionally, the straps feature attachment points for attaching additional head protection, particularly for the ears and face. Inside the shell, mounted in a sweatband pocket, is a harness made of panels that facilitate the harness's positioning in the helmet and on the user's head. It consists of at least three layers permanently and inextricably joined together by welding, casting, or compression under pressure. The first layer of the harness—the protective layer—may be in direct contact with the user's head, so the material used is cotton with a polyurethane coating or polyester. The second layer is open-cell or closed-cell polyurethane foam, or PE, XPE, EVA, EPDM, ESD foams, or structures that retain energy-absorbing fluids, including non-Newtonian fluids. The third layer of the harness is a cut-resistant polymer from the polyamide or aramid group. The harness is composed of segments connected by slots, allowing it to easily fit the user's head, forming a tight fit. The harness absorbs impact energy, absorbing it and distributing the remaining energy across its entire surface.
Dla uzyskania celu wzoru uzytkowego, czyli maksymalnej ochrony glowy uzytkownika przy zacho-
waniu miekkosci i lekkosci kasku ochronnego zastosowano kompozyt o grubosci od 12 mm do 30 mm,
co daje absorbcje energii uderzenia o sile do 70 J. To achieve the purpose of the utility model, i.e. maximum protection for the user's head while maintaining the softness and lightness of the protective helmet, a composite material with a thickness of 12 mm to 30 mm was used, which allows for the absorption of impact energy of up to 70 J.

odpornej na przeciecia (11). Warstwa pianki (12) o grubosci od 12 mm do 30 mm absorbuje energie

The soft protective helmet according to the invention consists of a shell (1), a strap fastening system (4) with an adjustable fastener (5), including attachment points (6) on the straps, and a sweatband with a pocket (7) located on the inside of the shell (1), into which a harness (8) consisting of segments (9) separated by ventilation slots (10) is inserted, and constructed from a composite of at least three layers permanently and inextricably connected to each other – a protective layer (13), a foam layer (12), and a cut-resistant layer (11). The foam layer (12) with a thickness of 12 mm to 30 mm absorbs impact energy up to 70 J.
