Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są elementy systemu zabezpieczeń, stosowane dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa osobom poruszającym się wzdłuż lin zamocowanych na wysokościach, szczególnie w parkach linowych. Podstawowym elementem systemu zabezpieczeń jest hak sprzęgający HS, łączący użytkownika z układem linowym. W korpusie haka sprzęgającego HS jest duży otwór (1) o zarysie umożliwiającym przesuwanie się po wszystkich elementach układu, oraz mały otwór (2) u dołu, w który wpina się linkę czy taśmę użytkownika, drugim końcem przypiętą do jego szelek bezpieczeństwa. W korpusie jest szczelina ograniczona przez dwie wkładki (3), górną i dolną, wychylne wokół punktu mocowania ich końcach szczeliny. Górna wkładka (3) jest zamocowana uchylnie do wnętrza haka HS, a dolna wkładka (3) jest zamocowana uchylnie na zewnątrz haka HS. Zdjęcie haka HS z liny jest możliwe dopiero po jednoczesnym wychyleniu obu wkładek (3). Hak sprzęgający HS zakłada się na korpus (4) modułu wejściowego WE, zamocowany trwale wieszakiem (9) do podpory na początku układu linowego. Po połączeniu modułu wejściowego WE i modułu pośredniego MP możliwe jest przesunięcie haka z modułu wejściowego WE na moduł pośredni MP, bez możliwości rozłączenia się modułów w trakcie przesuwu. Hak HS wraz z modułem pośrednim MP przenosi się do modułu wyjściowego WY i zdejmuje z układu linowego.The subject of the application are elements of a safety system used to ensure the safety of persons moving along ropes attached at heights, especially in rope parks. The basic element of the safety system is the HS coupling hook, connecting the user with the rope system. In the body of the HS coupling hook there is a large opening (1) with an outline enabling sliding along all elements of the system, and a small opening (2) at the bottom, into which the user's rope or tape is attached, the other end attached to his safety harness. In the body there is a gap limited by two inserts (3), upper and lower, pivoting around the attachment point at their ends of the gap. The upper insert (3) is pivotally attached to the inside of the HS hook, and the lower insert (3) is pivotally attached to the outside of the HS hook. Removing the HS hook from the rope is possible only after both inserts (3) are pivoted simultaneously. The HS coupling hook is mounted on the body (4) of the WE input module, permanently attached with a hanger (9) to the support at the beginning of the rope system. After connecting the WE input module and the MP intermediate module, it is possible to move the hook from the WE input module to the MP intermediate module, without the possibility of disconnecting the modules during the movement. The HS hook together with the MP intermediate module is moved to the WY output module and removed from the rope system.
