ETYKIET A Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania na opakowaniu kleju polimerowego. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rozmieszczeniu grafiki, napisów i kolorów oraz wygladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete z dominujacym kolorem niebieskim, zas fig.2 przedstawia odmiane etykiety z dominujacym kolorem zielonym. Etykieta wedlug wzoru wykonana jest na papierze samoprzylepnym i ma ksztalt prostokata o zdecydowanie dluzszych bokach poziomych niz pionowych. Charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w swej górnej czesci ma poziomy pasek o ciemniejszej kolorystyce, na którym umieszczone jest logo z adresem firmy. Po obu stronach tego logo wypisana jest nazwa kleju, przy czym napisy po prawej stronie logo wykonane sa wieksza czcionka. W prawej,srodkowej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa cztery piktogramy informujace o mozliwosci zastosowania kleju. Lewa czesc etykiety ponizej paska jest zadrukowana mala czcionka informacjami o zastosowaniu i uzyciu kleju. Etykieta przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dominujacym jej kolorem jest kolor niebieski, zas pod prawa czescia paska umieszczono dodatkowo nad piktogramami ukosny pasek z nazwa kleju. Odmiana etykiety przedstawiona na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dominujacym jej kolorem jest kolor zielony. PL PL PLLABEL A: The decorative design is a label intended for affixing to a polymer adhesive packaging. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of graphics, lettering, colors, and surface appearance. The decorative design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a label with a dominant blue color, while Fig. 2 shows a variation of the label with a dominant green color. The label, based on the design, is printed on self-adhesive paper and is rectangular in shape, with significantly longer horizontal sides than vertical ones. It is characterized by a darker horizontal stripe at the top, containing the company logo and address. The name of the adhesive is printed on both sides of this logo, with the lettering to the right of the logo in larger font. The right-hand, center portion of the label features four pictograms informing about the adhesive's suitability. The left-hand portion of the label, below the strip, is printed in small type with information about the adhesive's application and use. The label shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 1) is characterized by its dominant color being blue, while under the right-hand portion of the strip, an additional diagonal stripe with the adhesive's name is placed above the pictograms. The label variation shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 2) is characterized by its dominant color being green.
