Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest matryca nastawna do gięcia blachy według wzoru użytkowego, która charakteryzuje się tym, że stalowy korpus (1) pomiędzy dolnymi bocznymi ścianami i usytuowanymi w tej samej płaszczyźnie pionowej górnymi bocznymi ścianami (7) ma wykonane prostokątne wnęki (6) z osadzonymi w nich i połączonymi rozłącznie z ich pionowymi dnami kilkoma listwowymi prostokątnymi wkładkami (19) z wykonanymi w nich przelotowymi nagwintowanymi otworami, usytuowanymi w równych odległościach (L1) względem siebie na całej ich łącznej długości (L), poza tym częściowo we wnękach (6) oraz na obu bocznych górnych ścianach (7) korpus ten, na całej swej długości (L), ma wykonane prostokątne wyjęcia z zaokrąglonymi ich dolnymi bokami, pionowo i symetrycznie usytuowane względem siebie, natomiast w łukowo-wklęsłych wgłębieniach o profilu wycinków okręgu wykonanych w górnych poziomych ścianach (9) korpusu (1) umieszczone są identyczne profilowe stalowe wkładki (24) o długości (L), równej długości (L) korpusu (1), których dolne zaokrąglenia mają wykonane nagwintowane otwory (29) pod walcowe zaczepy (30) z wykonanymi na ich dolnych końcach przelotowymi, poprzecznie usytuowanymi okrągłymi otworami (31), o które zaczepione są górne końce zaczepów obrotowych (32) sprężyn śrubowych (33) umieszczonych w wyjęciach, natomiast dolne zaczepy obrotowe sprężyn śrubowych (33) zaczepione są o wkręty (35) wkręcone w otwory (20) obu listwowych wkładek (19).
