Description
Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenie ogloszono: 31.03.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 15.02.1975 73229 KI. 22g,3/38 MKP C09d 3/38 Twórcy wynalazku: Klemens Trybuszewski, Mieczyslaw Tokarczyk Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Gdanska Fabryka Farb i Lakierów, Gdansk Oliwa (Polska) Farba chlorokauczukowa przeciwkondensacyjna Przedmiotem wynalazku jest farba chlorokauczu- kowa przeciwkondensacyjna oparta na zywicy chlo- rokauczukowej plastyfikowanej chloroparafina. W niektórych pomieszczeniach statku (laznie, kuchnie, pentry zalogowe, przedchlodnie) wystepuje atmo¬ sfera silnie wilgotna, dzieki czemu nastepuje kon¬ densacja pary wodnej na powlokach malarskich, sprzyjajaca wystepowaniu plesni, szczególnie w wa¬ runkach tropikalnych.Znana farba przeciwkondensacyjna produkowana na bazie zywic alkidowych zawierajaca sproszko¬ wany korek charakteryzuje sie dlugim czasem schniecia i brakiem wlasnosci ognioochronnych.Farba wedlug wynalazku wyróznia sie krótkim czasem schniecia, nietoksycznoscia i wlasnosciami ognioochronnymi oraz 2—3 krotnie opóznia czas wystapienia kondensacji pary wodnej w porówna¬ niu do farb dotychczas stosowanych. We wszyst¬ kich przypadkach powloka farby wykazuje dobra przyczepnosc i chemoodpornosc.Farba przeciwkondensacyjna wedlug wynalazku 20 25 stanowi 26%-owy roztwór zywicy chlorokauczuko- wej w solwentnafcie plastyfikowanej chloropara¬ fina, zawierajacy zdyspergowany pigment oraz ob¬ ciazniki i rozpuszczalniki.Sklad farby w procentach wagowych: Zywica chlorokauczukowa Chloroparafina Solwentnafta Biel tytanowa Rutil Weglan wapnia stracony Mikrotalk Pyl azbestowy Benzyna lakowa 12,4 8,3 28,5 17,7 6,3 6,3 12,7 7,8 100,0 przeciwkondensa- roztworu zywicy 30 Technologia produkcji farby cyjnej polega na sporzadzeniu chlorokauczukowej w solwentnafcie do którego do¬ daje sie chloroparafine. Do otrzymanego w ten spo¬ sób roztworu wprowadza sie mieszajac pigment i obcjazniki, a nastepnie calosc przeciera sie i roz¬ ciencza do lepkosci handlowej. PL PLPriority: Application announced: March 31, 1973 Patent description was published: February 15, 1975 73229 KI. 22g, 3/38 MKP C09d 3/38 Inventors: Klemens Trybuszewski, Mieczyslaw Tokarczyk Authorized by the provisional patent: Gdanska Fabryka Farb i Lakierów, Gdansk Oliwa (Poland) Anticondensation chlorinated rubber anticondensation paint The subject of the invention is a chlorinated rubber anticondensation paint based on chlorinated resin. rubberized plasticized chloroparaffin. In some rooms of the ship (baths, galleys, crew pantries, pre-cold rooms) there is a highly humid atmosphere, thanks to which water vapor condenses on the paint coatings, favoring the occurrence of mold, especially in tropical conditions. The well-known anti-condensation paint produced on the basis of Alkyd resins containing powdered cork are characterized by a long drying time and no flame retardant properties. The paint according to the invention can be used not only on ships but also for painting other rooms and elements where water vapor condensation occurs. The paint according to the invention has thixotropic properties and can be applied with a brush and an air gun on metallic surfaces protected with anticorrosive paint as well as on asbestos-cement, wooden, cork and mineral insulation wool surfaces. In all cases, the paint coating exhibits good adhesion and chemical resistance. The anti-condensation paint according to the invention is a 26% solution of chlorinated rubber resin in a chloroparaffin plasticized solvent naphtha, containing the pigment dispersed and the agents and solvents. Weight: Chlorinated rubber resin Chloroparaffin Solvent naphtha Titanium white Rutil Lost calcium carbonate Microtalk Asbestos dust White spirit 12.4 8.3 28.5 17.7 6.3 6.3 12.7 7.8 100.0 resin anticondensation 30 Technology the production of the paint is based on the preparation of chlorinated rubber in solvent naphtha to which chloroparaffine is added. The pigment and the weights are added to the solution obtained in this manner by mixing, and then the whole is rubbed and diluted to commercial viscosity. PL PL
