Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest okucie meblowe w formie uchwytu do mebli. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i posiadajacy indywidualny charakter ksztalt i cechy linii uchwytu meblowego. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru w porównaniu do istniejacych w obrocie mebli charakteryzuje sie nowoscia ksztaltu i cech linii. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru wykonany z metalu, w szczególnosci patynowany sklada sie z elementu stalego i ruchomego. Element przytwierdzony na stale do mebla posiada ksztalt stylizowanego rombu o przekatnych róznej dlugosci, przy czym dluzsza przekatna jest usytuowana pionowo, a centralnie przytwierdzony jest kwadratowy element. Element ruchomy posiada ksztalt i jest przelozony przez element kwadratowy.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z boku. Cechami istotnymi uchwytu meblowego wykonanego z metalu, w szczególnosci patynowanego jest ksztalt stylizowanego rombu o przekatnych róznej dlugosci, którego dluzsza przekatna jest usytuowana pionowo, a centralnie umocowany jest kwadratowy element, przez który przelozono kólko, które jest ruchomym elementem uchwytu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is furniture fittings in the form of a furniture handle. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique shape and line features of the furniture handle. Compared to existing furniture, the handle according to the design is characterized by its novel shape and line features. The furniture handle according to the design, made of metal, particularly patinated metal, consists of a fixed and a movable element. The element permanently attached to the furniture has the shape of a stylized rhombus with diagonals of different lengths, with the longer diagonal positioned vertically, and a square element attached centrally. The movable element has a rhombus shape and is intersected by the square element. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the handle from the side. The photographs show examples of furniture using the handle shown in the pattern. The key features of a metal furniture handle, especially a patinated one, are a stylized rhombus shape with diagonals of varying lengths, the longer diagonal of which is vertical, and a centrally mounted square element through which a wheel, which is the handle's movable element, is passed.
