Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół zaślepiający otwory montażowe o przekroju kołowym, składający się z dwóch członów charakteryzujące się tym, że pierwszy z nich stanowi element montażowy (1), którego część osadcza jest w postaci cylindra posiadającego w podstawie otwór o średnicy mniejszej niż wewnętrza średnica części osadczej, oraz na przeciwległej stronie do podstawy zawiera kołnierz o zmniejszającej się do zewnątrz grubości, a ponadto kołnierz posiada obwodowy uskok z wybraniem, przy czym wybranie uskoku jest wyoblone, a pod kołnierzem znajduje się obwodowe wzmocnienie, ponadto pod obwodowym wzmocnieniem ściany części osadczej zwężają się, drugim z nich jest zaślepka (2), w postaci pierścienia z jednej strony zakończonego nakładką o średnicy większej niż średnica pierścienia, przy czym nakładka ma średnicę odpowiadającą średnicy uskoku kołnierza, a jej grubość dopasowana jest do głębokości uskoku, ponadto ściany pierścienia zwężają się od zewnętrznej strony od połowy wysokości zaślepki (2).The subject of the application is a set for plugging mounting holes with a circular cross-section, consisting of two parts characterized in that the first of them is a mounting element (1), the mounting part of which is in the form of a cylinder with a hole in the base with a diameter smaller than the internal diameter of the mounting part , and on the side opposite to the base, it includes a collar with a thickness that decreases towards the outside, and moreover, the collar has a circumferential step with a recess, the recess of the step is rounded, and there is a circumferential reinforcement under the flange, moreover, under the circumferential reinforcement, the walls of the mounting part become narrower, the second one is the plug (2), in the form of a ring on one side ended with a cap with a diameter greater than the diameter of the ring, the cap has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the flange step, and its thickness is adjusted to the step depth, moreover, the walls of the ring narrow from the outside from the middle of the end cap (2).
