Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych lub jako stopa pod meble. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu meblowego prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu i mozliwosci zastosowania jako uchwyt lub stopa pod mebel. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 uwidoczniono element meblowy w widoku od wewnatrz, na fig. 2 widok ogólny od strony zewnetrznej oraz na fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedstawiono element meblowy w wi- doku ogólnym od strony zewnetrznej oraz na fig. 4, na której przedstawiono element w widoku od wewnatrz. Element meblowy, wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w wi- doku z boku ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the furniture element, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its shape and possible use as a handle or support for furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture element from the inside, Fig. 2 shows a general view from the outside, and in the photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the furniture element from the outside in a general view, and Fig. 4 shows the element from the inside. According to the design, the furniture element is characterized by having a generally side-viewed shape similar to a cuboid with a rectangular base. The furniture element shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and photographs, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, has the shape of a cuboid with slightly rounded edges and one wall missing. Its interior contains a cross-shaped arrangement of supports and two sleeves located on the central axis that guide the elements that secure the furniture element to the floor and act as additional reinforcements. These sleeves are internally profiled so that the elements that connect the furniture element to the floor can be completely hidden within it. The furniture element can be used as a handle, and when mounted under the furniture, it can be treated as a foot for the furniture. A furniture element as a handle or a foot for furniture can be made in different colors and from different raw materials. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
