Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz na fotografii, na któ- rej na fig. 2 - przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fig. 3 - na której przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku od strony podstawy. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do litery „T". Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fotografii fig. 2 i fig. 3, ma ksztalt bryly skomponowanej z dwóch, róznej wielkosci, polaczonych ze soba prostokatnych plytek w ksztalcie graniastoslupów o prostokatnej podstawie z lek- ko zaokraglonymi krawedziami, przy czym plytka stanowiaca daszek litery „T", prze- znaczona do chwytania jest wieksza i szersza, natomiast podstawa litery „T" stanowia- ca plytke mocujaca, jest krótsza, osadzona jednym z wezszych boków na osi wzdluznej elementu przeznaczonego do chwytania, od strony mebla jest otwarta i sa widoczne znajdujace sie wewnatrz elementy konstrukcji mocujacej, majacej postac dwóch tulejek rozmieszczonych przy przeciwleglych sciankach plytki mocujacej i polaczonej laczni- kiem. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a general top view, and in the photograph, where Fig. 2 shows the furniture handle in a general view and Fig. 3 shows the furniture handle in a view from the base. The furniture handle is characterized by having a generally T-shaped shape when viewed from the side. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and photographs Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 has the shape of a solid composed of two different sizes of connected rectangular prism-shaped plates with a rectangular base and slightly rounded edges, wherein the plate constituting the roof of the letter "T", intended for gripping, is larger and wider, while the base of the letter "T", constituting the mounting plate, is shorter, mounted with one of the narrower sides on the longitudinal axis of the element intended for gripping, it is open from the side of the furniture and the elements of the mounting structure inside are visible, in the form of two sleeves arranged at opposite walls of the mounting plate and connected with a connector. The handle may be made of plastic. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle characterized in that it has the shape of a solid composed of two different sizes of connected rectangular prism-shaped plates with a rectangular base with slightly rounded edges, wherein the plate constituting the roof of the letter "T", intended for gripping, is larger and wider, while the base of the letter "T", constituting the mounting plate, is shorter, mounted with one of the narrower sides on the longitudinal axis of the element intended for gripping, is open from the furniture side and the internal elements of the mounting structure are visible, in the form of two sleeves arranged at opposite walls of the mounting plate and connected with a connector, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 and photograph fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
