PL 72 086 Y1 PL PL PL PL PL PL 72 086 Y1 2 Description of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the blank of a closed package. Packaging formed from a blank is used in particular for packing goods shipped directly to the customer. It is especially useful in internet commerce as it allows you to return goods purchased online. The package opened by the customer can be resealed and effectively resealed. This allows the customer to close the open packaging and return the goods without the need for additional procedures. From the Polish description of the protective utility pattern Ru.67956 a cardboard box with a closure is known, with the possibility of its multiple opening and closing. The box has a rectangular base connected to the side walls and a cover formed by the fold of the side walls so that the two opposite sides of the cover when folded overlap by a tab. There is a tear-off strip on the top sash that enables the glued flaps of the cover to be disconnected, while on the inner surface of the top sash there is a strip of adhesive layer, covered with a layer of protective foil, intended to reattach the sashes. The strip of adhesive layer is placed between the tear strip and the edge of the sash, connected to the sidewall. The purpose of the design-based solution was to construct a blank that could be used to form a shipping package that would be resealable after the first opening, and also ensure that the risk of removing the contents from the closed package was very limited. Moreover, to facilitate the forming of the package and to make the operation more intuitive, it should be possible to pre-glue the blank parts at the package manufacturer and to provide the customer with the blank with the pre-glued flattened parts. The blank of the packaging closed according to the utility pattern is made of a single sheet of material and is divided by bending lines into lamellas forming the bottom, side walls, lid and lid flaps, reinforcing tabs and adhesive tabs, flaps partially protecting the contents of the packaging, and fastening elements. The pattern is characterized by the fact that the rectangular panel, intended for the bottom of the package, is adjoined by rectangular panels intended for the first pair of side walls and the second pair of front and rear walls. Adjacent to the side edges of the panel intended for the back wall are rectangular panels intended for reinforcing tabs, and between the side edges of the panel intended for the front wall and the corresponding edges of the panels intended for the side walls, there are panels on a rectangular plan intended for reinforcing tabs. In turn, the upper edge of the panel intended for the front wall and the upper edge of the panels intended for the side walls are adjoined by the panels intended for tabs partially covering the contents of the package. The panels adjacent to the side walls have catch slots, lying in the proximal part of the panel intended for the front wall, while the panel intended for the shielding tab, adjacent to the upper edge of the front panel, has the shape of a figure consisting of a rectangle adjoining one side to the panel of the front wall and a trapezoid, a base to the opposite side of the rectangular portion of the plate of the protection tab. The base of the trapezoid is longer than the side of the adjacent rectangular portion of the shield tab. The protruding corner of the trapezoid forms hooks at the edge of the plate intended for the protection tab at the front wall. In a package formed from a pattern, which is the subject of a utility model, the flaps partially covering the inside of the package are fastened together by inserting the hooks of the flap covering the front wall into the catch slots in the panels of the protective flaps at the side walls. On the rectangular surface of the front panel of the shield, a strip of the adhesive layer extends between its side edges on the inner surface of the pattern. The strip of the adhesive layer allows the package to be resealed after the first opening, by gluing the outer surface of the panel, which forms the lid of the package, to the inner surface of the panel, which forms the front cover. The sheet intended for the lid of the packaging is connected to the upper edge of the sheet intended for the back wall, and on its sides there are sheets intended for the side flaps of the lid, while the sheet intended for the lid is adjacent to the front edge of the sheet intended for the lid. On the other hand, on the side of the bending line separating the lid plate from the lid plate are adjacent to the side edges of the plate intended for the forehead flap, plates intended for reinforcing tabs, while above the plates intended for reinforcing tabs, between the side edges of the cover plate of the lid , a ripping strip is stretched, separated from the lid plate by a system of diagonal cuts. Above the tear strip, on the inner surface of the lid flap panel, between its side edges, a strip of adhesive layer extends. The strip of adhesive layer is intended for the first closing of the package, by gluing the front panel PL 72 086 Y1 3 of the cover flap of the package with the panel forming the front wall of the formed package. The package is opened by tearing the tear-off strip from the surface of the panel of the front lid of the lid. It is advantageous that each of the two panels on a rectangular plan, extending between the side edges of the panel intended for the front wall and the corresponding edges of the panels intended for the side walls, intended for reinforcing glue tabs, has the shape of a figure composed of two triangular surfaces, the first one defines a rectangular triangle, one rectangular of which lies in the bending line separating the front wall plate from the plate of the adhesive reinforcement tab, while the second rectangular one constitutes the first, free edge of the plate of the adhesive reinforcement tab, while the base of the second triangle lies in the bending line between with a side wall plate and a reinforcing, adhesive tab, and one of its arms lies on the hypotenuse of the first triangle, and in the line joining the triangular fragments of the panel intended for the reinforcing, adhesive tab, there is tensile covering, facilitating the flattening of the glued package blank, where the gluing surfaces are on the overlapping plate surfaces, delimited by the sides of the rectangular triangle. It is advantageous that on the panels intended for the side flaps of the lid, in the corners on the side of the panel intended for the front flap of the lid, there are gluing surfaces separated by streaks from the remaining surface of the panels of the side flaps of the lid, facilitating the flattening of the glued package blank. It is preferred that the panel for the front wall is separate from the panel for the screening tab by a pair of adjacent bending lines. It is preferred that the strip of the adhesive layer is a double-sided adhesive tape. It is preferable that the closure package blank is made of cardboard, paperboard or a moldable material along a bend line. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a blank of a closed package, the visible surface of which is the inside of the formed package, while Figs. 2 to 11 illustrate successive phases of forming the package from the blank shown in Fig. 1 and the method first and second closure of the package. The closed package blank is made of one material sheet. The bending lines divide the pattern into panels which, when folded up, form the bottom, side walls and lid, and the lid flaps, as well as reinforcement and adhesive tabs and tabs partially protecting the contents of the package. The rectangular plate 1 is intended for the bottom of the package. Adjacent to its sides are rectangular panels 2, 3 and 4, intended for the first pair of side walls 2 and the second pair of walls, front 3 and rear 4. To the side edges of the panel 4 intended for the rear wall, there are rectangular panels 41, intended for reinforcing tabs, and between the side edges of the panel 3, intended for the front wall, and the corresponding side edges of the panels 2, intended for the side walls, there are panels 23 on a rectangular plan, intended for reinforcing glue tabs. Each tab is shaped like a figure composed of two triangles. The first of the triangles, the surface of which is the bonding surface 231, is a rectangular one. One of the rectangles of this triangle lies in the bend line between the panel 3 of the front wall and the panel 23 of the reinforcing, adhesive tab, and the second rectangular one forms the first, free side edge of the side panel of the reinforcing, adhesive tab 23. The base of the second triangle lies in the bending line between the panel 2 of the side wall and a plate 23 of a reinforcing, glue tab, and one of its arms lies on the parotid of the first triangle. In the line connecting the triangular fragments of the plate 23 there is a marking 232, which facilitates the flattening of the glued package blank. In turn, the upper edge of the panel 3 of the front wall and the upper edge of the panels 2 intended for the side walls are adjoined by panels 22 and 32, respectively, intended for tabs partially covering the contents of the package. The panels 22 have catch slots 7 lying in the proximal part of panel 3, intended for the front wall, while the panel 32 has the shape of a figure composed of a rectangle adjoining one side to the panel 3 of the front wall and a trapezoid, adjoining the base to the opposite side of the rectangle, the base of which is the trapezoid is longer than the side of the rectangle so that the protruding corners of the trapezoid form tabs 321 in the side edge of the panel 32 intended to act as a shield tab against the front wall. In a package formed from a pattern that is the subject of a utility pattern, the tabs partially covering the interior of the package, formed by the panels 22 and the panel 32 by a right angle fold along the fold lines 221 and 331, are stapled together by inserting the tabs 321 in the side edges of the panel. 32 into the gripping slots 7 in the plates 22. On the rectangular surface of the plate 32, between its side edges, a strip of adhesive layer 8, for example a double-sided adhesive tape, extends. The strip of adhesive layer 8 allows the sealing to be resealed effectively by gluing the panel 5, which forms the lid of the package, and the panel 32, which forms the front cover flap. The panel 5, intended for the lid of the package, is connected to the upper edge of the panel 4, intended for the back wall, and the panels 51, intended for the side flaps of the lid, adhere to its sides, while the front edge of the panel 5, intended for the lid, is adjoined by the panel 6, designed for the front lid. On the other hand, to the side fragments of the edges 611, panel 6, on the side of the bending line 612 that separates the lid plate 5 from the lid plate 6, there are plates 61 intended for the reinforcement wings. On the panels 51 intended for the side flaps of the lid, in the corners on the side of the panel intended for the front flap of the lid, there are gluing surfaces 511, separated from the panel 51 of the side flap by tabs 512. By means of glue applied to the surfaces 511, the side panel the lid flap 51 is glued to the outer surface of the plate 61, intended for the reinforcement flap of the plate 6, of the front lid flap 5. The ridges 512 facilitate the flattening of the glued package blank. In turn, between the side edges 611, panel 6 of the lid flap, above the panels 61, intended for the reinforcing wings, there is a ripping strip 9, separated from panel 6, a lid flap by a system of diagonal cuts, and above the rupture strip 9, on the surface of the panel 6, between the side edges 611, a strip of adhesive layer 10, for example a double-sided adhesive tape, extends. The strip of adhesive layer 10 is intended to first close the package, by gluing the panel 6 of the front flap of the package lid to the outer surface of the panel 3 of the blank forming the front wall of the formed package. The package is opened by tearing the panel 6 of the tear-off strip 9 out of the surface. As described above, in order to reseal the package effectively, the outer surface of the panel 5 of the blank, forming the lid of the package, must be glued to the panel 32 forming the front-end shield using a strip of adhesive layer 8. In this, For the purpose, the hooks 321 of the cover tab formed by the plate 32 slides out of the catch slots 7 and then closes the package with the lid formed of the plates 5, 51 and 6 so that the front flap of the lid formed by the plate 6 slides into the interior of the package, as is shown in Fig. 9. A shield tab formed by a panel 32 folds along a second, outer fold line 332, removes the cover of the double-sided adhesive tape 8 and presses the blank 5 of the blank forming the package lid against the outside surface.
