PL 71 999 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest lamela pokrycia dachowego wygrzewanego stanowiaca me- talowy element budowlany w ksztalcie wydluzonego prostokatnego pasa, posiadajaca na obu podluz- nych obrzezach wystepy: pierwszy i drugi, które, wzajemnie spinane (drugi z pierwszym, drugi z pierw- szym, itd.) tworza pokrycie dachowe. Z powodu zamarzania konstrukcji dachowych, pokryc dachowych i systemu okapowego, w bu- downictwie stosowane sa i staja sie niezbednymi dachy wygrzewane. Przed zamarzaniem chronic mozna dachy, rynny dachowe, obrzeza dachów itp. Niedogodnosci wystepujace w przedstawionych rozwiazaniach pozwala usunac rozwiazanie techniczne w postaci lameli pokrycia dachowego wygrzewanego. Lamela 1 pokrycia dachowego wygrzewanego, stanowiaca metalowy (blaszany) element budow- lany w ksztalcie wydluzonego prostokatnego pasa. Mata grzewcza 6 moze byc podlaczona bezposrednio do sieci elektrycznej budynku. Zestawienie oznaczen: 1 – lamela (pokrycia dachowego), 2 – panel fotowoltaiczny, 3 – wystep (garb) pierwszy, 4 – wystep (garb) drugi, – pasek kotwiacy, 6 – mata grzewcza, 7 – wtyczka PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 71 999 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the lamella of the heated roofing, constituting a metal construction element in the shape of an elongated rectangular strip, with projections on both longitudinal edges: the first and the second, which are mutually fastened (the second with the first, the second with the first, etc.) forms the roofing material. Due to the freezing of roof structures, roof coverings and the eaves system, warmed-up roofs are used and become indispensable in construction. Roofs, gutters, roof edges, etc. can be protected against freezing. Heating cables are used for this, where heat is generated by an electrically powered resistance wire. Most of the time, a 50 cm wide strip under snow catchers with a heating power of approximately 200 W / m 2 is heated. The heating cable is installed in a Dutch tile (E-tile) or on the top of the roof. The choice of fastening depends on the type of roof and roofing material. The used heating cable should be firmly attached to the roof perimeter. You can use silicone adhesive, plastic clips, wire or sheet metal, or combine these methods. When the cable is attached by gluing, the place of such connection is exposed to large temperature changes and variability of weather conditions, which in most cases reduces its service life. If the cable is fastened with wire or metal clamps, the roof covering is interfered with. This can result in leaks into the space under the roof or directly into the interior of the building. The inconvenience of the presented solutions allows the removal of the technical solution in the form of lamellae of the heated roofing. The lamella according to the pattern, many of which are stapled together to form a heated roofing, is a construction element in the shape of an elongated, rectangular strip with a length of a multiple of the width, on the edges of which there are protrusions: on one elongated rim there is the first protrusion next to the anchor strip, and on the other the longitudinal rim is the second protrusion. Both protrusions are directed upwards from the top, outer side of the lamellas, that is, the side which, in the assembled roofing, is directly exposed to sunlight and weather conditions. On this outer side of the lamellas, an optional photovoltaic panel is attached. According to the pattern, on the lower, inner side of its surface, between the first projection and the second projection, a waterproof heating mat which is a heating, electric, resistance element is attached. The heating mat is connected to the home mains or to a photovoltaic panel. The subject of the utility model is shown in the attached set of drawings, where: Fig. 1 shows the roofing made of stapled lamellas, partially equipped with photovoltaic panels, Fig. 2 shows the slats of the roofing in a cross-section, in which it is shown a photovoltaic panel mounted on its upper, external side and a heating mat attached to its lower, internal side. Fig. 3 shows the slats of the roofing in a view from the bottom, inside, with an attached heating mat. Lamella 1 of the heated roofing, constituting a metal (sheet) building element in the shape of an elongated rectangular strip. On one entire longitudinal rim it has a flat anchor strip 5 and a first protrusion (hump) 3. On the second, long longitudinal rim, the lamella 1 has a second protrusion 4. A heating mat 6 with a width equal to the distance between the first 3 and the second 4 protrusions and a length equal to the length of the lamellas 1. A heating mat 6 is used, which is an electric resistance component placed in two polyester films joined together by thermal lamination. The heating mat 6 is glued to the lamellas 1 with an adhesive tape. The construction of the heating mat 6 and its attachment by gluing show its long life and resistance to changes in humidity and temperature values ranging from - 35 ° C to + 90 ° C. The heating mat 6 films can be cut into elements of any length and width. The heating mat 6 is connected to the household mains or to a solar panel 2. The power supply is supplied to the heating mat 6 via the plug 7. PL 71 999 Y1 3 The supply voltage is supplied to the heating mat 6 via the plug 7. Roof covering the heat-soaked forms are lamellas 1 arranged on the ribs, fixed within the anchoring strip 5. The roofing is laid by attaching one lamella 1 to the rebate, then the second lug 4 of the next lamella 1 is inserted onto the first protrusion 3 of the lamella 1 by snapping them together and then secures the second lamella 1 within the area of the anchor strip 5 to the rebate. In this way, the entire roof is covered, and then a power cord, not shown in the drawing, is connected to the lamellae 1. The heating mat 6 will melt the snow everywhere, as far as its heating effect reaches from the bottom side of the lamellas 1. In this way, the entire roof can be heated, ultimately even when there are no photovoltaic panels on the roof 2. The heating mat 6 can be connected directly to the mains electricity of the building. A further advantage is that the photovoltaic heated roofing can be powered in such a way that it produces the energy for heating itself in its own photovoltaic panels 2. They can be connected so that during unfavorable weather (snowfall, freezing rain) the heating of the roofing is switched on it is manually or it will be switched on and off automatically via a temperature or humidity sensor. In the case of photovoltaic heated roofing, it is no longer necessary to solve the problem of heating the roof with external heating cables, as a result of which mechanical interference into the roof will be eliminated, which increases the functionality and durability of the roof.
