PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 71 985 Y1 2 Description of the design: The subject of the utility model is a set of wooden house modules, used in the construction of year-round wooden houses. The known solution is PL 180664, which is a prefabricated single building element consisting of a rigid load-bearing frame and an internal insulating filler. It has a frame in the form of a cuboid frame made of rectangular wooden beams rigidly connected at the corners to a molded polystyrene filler. This insulation fills the interior around the perimeter, while the side surfaces are formed by cut polystyrene. Also known from patent no. PL 211065 is a wall structure made of wooden structural blocks (pallets) placed on foundation strips, characterized in that it is constructed by overlapping successive horizontal layers of wooden structural blocks, wherein the first layer of wooden structural blocks is serially attached to the foundation slab through horizontal insulation with expansion bolts, while the next layer of wooden structural blocks is screwed onto the first in a full-block system so that the joint of the preceding lower layer falls halfway along the length of the wooden structural block in the upper layer, with the lower and upper layers of wooden structural blocks being connected with screws. Furthermore, a building module for constructing flat wall structures is known according to international patent application no. WO 97/39204. This module has two parallel, board-shaped wall sections, the outer surfaces of which constitute the top surface of the wall being constructed. The module's wooden core connects both wall sections and includes at least one section running longitudinally. This section is designed to vertically engage the wall sections of the next module when the next module is installed, creating a plug-in connection that absorbs transverse forces. A construction module, according to Polish patent application no. P.336370, is also known for constructing a building wall frame. This module has evenly spaced load-bearing posts rigidly connected by spacer panels. In this solution, the vertical forces of the created structure are transferred by posts connected by a tenon joint. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a simple and light set of modules that allow the construction of a year-round wooden house. The essence of the utility model is a set of wooden house modules, containing horizontally arranged flat modules based on vertical wall elements, characterized in that it has corner modules, straight modules and finishing modules, each of the modules being equipped with at least four through-mounting holes in which mounting pins are located, at the same time the corner module contains five end protrusions of the same length, at one end of the corner module there is a T-shaped section, the straight module has an I-shaped section, and the finishing module is a rectangle, at the same time the corner module, the straight module and the finishing module have an identical thickness not exceeding 2 cm, at the same time the straight module is available in four forms, differing in the length of the arm. Preferably, the arm length for the individual forms of the straight module is, respectively: for a short straight module 1/10, for a medium straight module 1/5, and for a long straight module 2/5 of the arm length of the basic straight module. The utility model is presented in more detail in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows a corner module 1 in a top view, which comprises five end projections 6 of the same length A. At one end of the corner module 1 there is a T-shaped profile 8. The corner module 1 is equipped with seven through mounting holes 4. Fig. 2 shows a top view and a collective view of the straight module 2 in four forms. Thus, the following are shown: a short straight module 2a, a middle straight module 2b, a long straight module 2c, and a basic straight module 2d. Each of the straight modules 2 is equipped with eight through mounting holes 4. In this figure, the lengths B of the arms 7 of all four forms of the straight module 2 are also marked. As indicated, the length B of the arm 7 for the individual forms of the straight module 2 is respectively: for the short straight module 2a 1/10, for the medium straight module 2b 1/5, for the long straight module 2c 2/5 – the length B of the arm 7 of the basic straight module 2d. PL 71 985 Y1 3 Fig. 3 shows a top view of a rectangular finishing module 3, which is equipped with four through mounting holes 4. The finishing module 3 is equipped with seven through mounting holes 4, in the middle of which mounting pins 5 are located. Fig. 4 shows a fragment of a wooden house structure, which shows a straight module 2, which connects wall elements 9 at the top and bottom. The figure also shows a corner module 1, which also connects wall elements 9 at the top and bottom. Fig. 5 also shows a fragment of a wooden house structure, which shows a finishing module 3, which connects wall elements 9 at the top and bottom. Mounting holes 4 are also shown. Fig. 6 shows a fragment of a wooden house structure during assembly. Straight modules 2 and corner modules 1 are presented, which connect wall elements 9 at the top and bottom. Mounting pins 5 are also included. A fragment of the wooden house structure is placed on a foundation 10 in the form of a concrete slab, on which strips 11 are placed, constituting the outline. To create the structure of a wooden house, first prepare the foundation for the walls, which is a concrete slab, serving as the foundation 10. Damp-proof insulation should be laid on the concrete slab, and on top of it, strips 11 should be placed, constituting the outline of the house and the load-bearing walls inside the building. Strips 11 have appropriately drilled mounting holes 4, in which mounting pins 5 are installed, constituting the connecting element for the structural modules of the wooden house. Next, the first modules are placed, which are straight modules 2 in four forms: a straight middle module 2b, a short straight module 2a, a long straight module 2c, and a straight basic module 2d, as well as corner modules 1, in such a way that the mounting pins 5 pass through the mounting holes 4 located in the modules. Then, wall elements 9, which are wooden cuboid blocks, are placed on the mounting pins 5 already placed in the mounting holes 4. Next, straight modules 2 and corner modules 1 are placed back on the installed wall elements 9. This ensures that the wall elements 9 are arranged vertically and connected at the top and bottom by straight modules 2 and corner modules 1. Finishing modules 3 are used to finish the individual structural elements. A rubber hammer is used to drive mounting plugs 5 into mounting holes 4. The modules, which are the subject of this application, when connected to the vertical elements, enable the construction of the building, thus constituting an important element in the construction of a year-round wooden house. As presented above, each module has a specific purpose: straight modules are installed in the building's walls, corner modules are installed at the house's corners (corners), and finishing modules are installed wherever there is a need to finish (close) the structure. Lintels are prepared in advance and delivered to the construction site. They have pre-drilled and precisely fitted mounting holes, allowing them to be connected to the modules that make up the wall using wooden dowels. Finally, the top layer of modules is connected to prepared battens, which have fitting mounting holes for the top layer of modules and lintels. Next, ceiling beams are placed directly on the tie beam, and in the next stage, the roof structure is constructed. All finishing work, both inside and outside, is carried out on this structure. The walls constructed using modules according to the utility model are characterized by a relatively low weight and a sufficiently rigid structure, ensured by periodically occurring load-bearing columns, connected horizontally with wood-based panel elements. Using a set of modules based on a utility model to construct a building significantly reduces the need for heavy equipment, such as cranes, and significantly shortens construction time compared to traditional methods. The resulting wooden house structure features a practically finished frame, duplicates the dimensions of the panel mountings used in frame construction, a low thermal transmittance coefficient that is several times higher than walls built using traditional methods, such as ceramic bricks, and significantly reduces thermal bridges. Other advantages include the easy availability of wood, the ability to build virtually year-round, and the relatively low cost of the finished house. Wooden houses constructed using modules based on a utility model can serve as residential buildings, restaurants, offices, and warehouses.
