PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 71 899 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility design is the casing of the radiator, protecting it against damage and dirt during use and protecting bystanders staying in the vicinity of the device against the potential danger posed by the sharp edges of the radiator, as well as allowing for easy changes in appearance. the front part of the casing, in order to adapt its appearance to the arrangement of the interior in which it is to be built. There are known constructions of radiator casings, consisting of elements joined together using threaded elements or shaped connections, made of cooperating protrusions and holes, establishing the mutual position of elements made of sheet metal sections and/or sheets of metal with embossed or perforated sheets. . This type of solution was disclosed, for example, in the patent description PL 195607(B1), according to which the radiator cover has at least one side part and equipped with holes for heated air, an upper part which, on the side facing the side part, is bent by 90° to bottom coastal belt. Moreover, the radiator cover has upper fastening elements for detachable connection of the side part of the cover with its upper part and/or the radiator, as well as lower fastening elements for detachable connection of the side part of the cover with the radiator. The upper fastening elements have the form of wings, which are integral with the edge strips of the upper part and the side part of the cover, respectively, of which at least one wing, connected to the upper part of the cover, is located below the edge strip assigned to it and is directed first towards radiator, then down and finally towards the side opposite the radiator, its lower arm supporting the edge strip of the side part of the cover, and of which at least one wing, connected to the side part of the cover, is located above the edge strip assigned to it and is directed towards the edge strip of the upper part of the cover, and its end section in the assembled state of the side part of the cover is supported on the surface of the upper part of the cover facing the radiator. In the assembled state, the upper part of the cover and the side part of the cover are inclined towards each other at an angle of approximately 90°, and the lower edge of the edge strip of the upper part of the cover is adjacent to the edge strip of the side part of the cover. The design of a radiator cover is known from the patent description PL 180586(B1), consisting of an upper part and side parts that at least partially cover the radiator and are attached to it. The upper part of the cover is shape-wise connected to the side parts of the cover via connecting assemblies. Connecting assemblies are inserted into the top of the cover and into the side parts of the cover. For this purpose, the coupling units are equipped with mutually perpendicular coupling elements, which are inserted into the casing parts and effectively fastened therein. The connecting units are equipped with corners that connect shape-wise with parts of the cover or constitute an extension of the outer surface of the relevant part of the cover. Thanks to this, the sharp edges of the cover parts do not protrude outside. The side parts of the cover are equipped with holes for the technological elements of the radiator and are attached to the radiator using fasteners. Since the upper part and the side parts of the cover form a compact, completely stable whole, attaching the cover to the radiator is not necessary, which facilitates subsequent disassembly and cleaning of the radiator. In a preferred solution according to the invention, in order to facilitate cleaning and to possibly accelerate the heating of the room, the upper part of the cover is rotatably mounted on an axis located along the edge of the upper part, with the coupling elements being a hinge axis. For this purpose, the upper part of the cover, on one side of the connecting unit, is equipped with a snap connection connecting it to the corresponding coupling element. The coupling element on the other side of the connection assembly then serves as a hinge or pivot. In the same way, via a snap connection, the side parts of the cover can be connected to the coupling elements. The description of utility model application PL 124979(U1) discloses a radiator cover intended for covering the side parts of radiators, having the form of an appropriately profiled shape, gently bent several times so as to create several surfaces that fit the shape of the radiator, at least one of which has perforations. The cover has a rectangular cross-section, two sides of which are incomplete, and is gently bent three times at right angles, as a result of which it has four planes - a front wall with evenly distributed and grouped perforations on its surface, which is also adjacent to this wall on one side. smooth, full PL 71 899 Y1 3 side wall, and on the other side an incomplete side wall, with clamping elements in the form of noses at both ends, while on the opposite side of the front wall it has an incomplete, stiffening wall, on both sides slightly shorter than the lengths of the remaining walls. The description of utility model application PL 124978(U1) discloses a radiator cover intended to cover the sides of this device. The cover has the form of an appropriately profiled C-section section, the front surface of which has perforations and on at least one surface there are snap elements connecting the cover with the radiator body. The snap-on elements have the form of flexible, hook-ended strips with a length corresponding to the width of the radiator strip radiators and are mounted at least one on each side wall of the housing. From the description of utility model application PL 125955(U1), there is known a radiator cover similar in shape to a cuboid with air passage holes located at the bottom and top of the cover, made of one sheet of material. The cover consists of a housing formed from a front plate, an upper shelf, a lower shelf and two side walls, and a dust filter placed on the surface of the lower shelf. There are air passage holes located on the entire surface of the upper shelf and the lower shelf. Additionally, the outer edges of the side walls, the lower shelf and the upper shelf have bends directed towards the inside of the cover. The side walls of the cover are connected separately to the shelves through mounting holes located at the corners of their edges and the corners of the bends of both shelves - the lower and upper ones, creating a four-sided frame around the front plate. From the description of utility model PL 57182(Y1), there is known a radiator cover made of one sheet of metal formed in such a way that the side wall gently merges with corner walls with shapes close to rectangles into the side walls. The edges of the side walls, opposite the corner walls, and the edge of the upper wall are bent inside the cover. In turn, the description of utility model application PL 97512(U1) discloses a radiator cover consisting of two caps: upper and lower. The shape of the caps is similar to a rectangular open box. The transitions from the base plane to the longer sides have a small radius of curvature of less than 3 mm, while the transitions from the base plane to the longer sides are gentle with a radius of curvature greater than 4 mm or gradual. Self-locking clamps are attached to the shorter sides on the inside. There are two embossments on the longer side of the cap. The upper cap has holes cut in the base plane. According to the formula, a radiator housing comprising a front panel, a top panel, two side panels and a base, the top panel, side panels and base having through holes for air and being interconnected by fasteners to form a rectangular frame, is characterized by that the front panel has a modular structure. The front panel modules have the form of plate elements and are suspended on the upper panel of the housing using hooks conventionally formed in the upper part of the modules and cooperating with holes formed in the upper panel. The upper panel of the casing is equipped with an edge strip with holes for hook-like module attachments, and these holes are bean-shaped holes, elongated in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the edge strip. Moreover, in their lower part, the front panel modules are detachably connected to the housing base by means of a quick-connect element in the form of a magnetic element, in particular a magnetic tape or technical Velcro, located on the front strip of the housing base. The side panels of the casing are formed by a series of first parallel slats, so connected to the flat gusset plates that there is a gap between each pair of the first slats, and the upper panel of the casing is formed by a series of second parallel slats, so connected to the upper gusset plates so that there is a gap between each pair of second strips. The connection of the modules of the front panel of the casing, using the modules at the top, hanging them on the edge strip of the upper panel, and the use of detachable connections at the bottom of the modules with the front strip of the casing base, makes it possible to easily adapt the form and appearance of the front panel of the casing to the arrangement of the interior in which the radiator is installed, as well as quick replacement of the front casing panel in case of changing the current interior design to a different one. Moreover, the modular design of the front panel of the housing allows for quick disassembly and replacement of modules damaged during operation, as well as easy access to the radiator located inside the housing for inspection, maintenance and cleaning purposes. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows an isometric view of the cover with partially dismantled front panel modules, PL 71 899 Y1 4 Fig. 2 shows the cover in front view, Fig. 3 shows the cross-section A-A marked in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 shows detail "b" of Fig. 3, Fig. 5 shows detail "c" of Fig. 3, Fig. 6 shows an isometric view from the inside of the front panel module, Fig. 7 shows an isometric view of the top panel, Fig. 8 shows the top panel in a top view, Fig. 9 shows the cross-section D-D marked in Fig. 8, Fig. 10 shows an isometric view of the base with the lower handles installed. The radiator casing according to the pattern includes a base 1, two side panels 2, an upper panel 3 and a front panel 4 with a modular structure. The base 1, two side panels 2 and the top panel 3 are connected to each other by connecting elements, creating a four-sided frame, inside which there is space for the enclosed radiator. From the front, the inside of the casing is covered by the front panel 4. Moreover, the base 1, side panels 2 and the top panel 3 are equipped with through holes for air flowing through the casing. The front panel 4 of the casing, covering its interior from the front, is formed of modules 5 in the form of plate-shaped elements, which, conventionally in their upper part, have hook-like hooks 6 on the inside, serving to detachably connect the modules 5 with the upper panel 3 of the casing. For this purpose, the upper panel 3 is provided with an edge strip 7, which has bean-shaped holes 8, extended in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the edge strip 7 and enabling the hooks 6 of the modules 5 of the front panel 4 of the housing to be mounted in them. In turn, conventionally, the lower part of the modules 5 of the front panel 4 of the housing cooperates with a quick connector element 9, which is preferably in the form of a strip of self-adhesive magnetic tape or technical Velcro, located in the front strip 10 of the base 1 of the housing, which allows for separable connection of the modules 5 of the front panel 4 with base 1 radiator housing. The radiator casing, according to the pattern, has a four-sided base 1 formed of sheet metal, the length of which is many times greater than its width. The base 1 of the casing has a number of four-sided holes 11 in the lower wall for the air flow flowing into the casing from the room in which the radiator is installed, and it also has cutouts 12 in the lower wall for the pipes supplying the radiator. Moreover, in the conventional front part, the base 1 has a front strip 10 bent upwards in relation to the lower wall, running along the entire, longer side of the base 1. On the front strip 10 of the base 1, a quick assembly element is located, conventionally from the front side of the base 1 - connection 9, enabling connection of modules 5 of the front panel 4 with the base 1 of the housing. Lower handles 14 are attached to the lower wall of the base 1 with screws 13, equipped with arms 15 conventionally turned upwards, on which the first rubber seals 16 are mounted, allowing the casing to be pressed elastically against the radiator during its assembly. Holes for the above-mentioned screws 13 are formed in the lower handles 14 and in the lower wall of the base 1, connecting the lower handles 14 with the base 1 of the housing, and the holes 17 for screws 13 formed in the lower wall of the base 1 are preferably in the form of elongated slots. This allows you to adjust the position of the lower handles 14 in relation to the radiator, making it easier to put the casing on the enclosed radiator. At both ends of the casing base 1, lower gusset plates 18, conventionally bent upwards, are formed, serving to connect, using known fasteners, the casing base 1 with the side panels 2 of the casing. Holes for these connectors are formed in the lower gusset plates 18. Moreover, on the conventionally internal side of the front strip 10, there is a second seal 19, which allows the casing to be mounted on the radiator in a way that does not expose its surface to damage. The side panels 2 of the casing are composed of a series of first parallel strips 20, having the form of four-sided troughs in cross-section. The first slats 20 are attached to flat gusset plates 21, located at the ends of the side panels 2, so that there is a gap between each pair of first slats 20, allowing air to circulate through the housing. Holes are formed in the flat gusset sheets 21 of the side panels 2 for known fasteners, cooperating in the conventional lower part of the side panels 2 with holes in the lower gusset sheets 18 of the base 1 of the casing, and in the conventional upper part of the side panels 2 with holes in the upper ones. gusset plates 22 of the upper panel 3 of the casing. PL 71 899 Y1 The upper panel 3 of the casing is made of a series of second parallel strips 23, having the form of four-sided trays in cross-section, attached to the upper gusset plates 22, located at the ends of this panel 3, so that between each pair of second strips 23 there is a gap is created, allowing air to circulate through the casing, and the upper gusset sheets 22 of the upper panel 3 are conventionally bent downwards. Conventionally, the first, second strip 23 of the upper panel 3, viewed from the front, is equipped with the above-mentioned additional edge strip 7, formed along the entire, conventionally front, side of the upper panel 3. Bean-shaped holes 8 are formed in the edge strip 7, for mounting the hooks 6 of the modules 5 of the front panel 4. The upper panel 3 of the casing is also equipped with upper radiator handles 24 attached to the second strips 23 from the inside of the casing. The upper handles 24 are made of strips of sheet metal, bent in a shape similar to the letter "U" and are attached to the second slats 23 of the upper panel 3 in such a way that the arms of these U-shaped upper handles 24 are directed downwards in the working position, conventionally When assembling the casing, cover the enclosed radiator from above. The spacing of the arms of the upper holders 24 of the radiator is adjusted by bending the arms towards each other or bending them away so that the upper panel 3 of the casing can be placed on the protected radiator, and the ends of the arms of the upper holders 24 are provided with third rubber seals 25, which allows for fastening the upper panel 3 of the casing on the radiator in a way that does not expose its surface to damage. The use of adjustable lower 14 and upper 24 radiator holders in the housing structure allows for quick and reliable assembly of the housing and easy adaptation to the dimensions of the specific radiator to be enclosed. Moreover, due to the fact that the modules 5 of the front panel 4 are suspended, using hooks 6 and bean-shaped holes 8, on the edge of the upper panel 3, this makes it possible, in combination with the use of a quick connector 9 in the base 1 of the housing, to easily remove the modules 5 and quick access to the interior of the casing in the event of a breakdown or the need to inspect the enclosed radiator, and also allows for a simple and quick replacement of the front panel 4 of the casing in case of damage or change of interior arrangement. Moreover, the bean-shaped holes 8 also make it possible, if necessary, to attach the modules 5 to the upper panel 3 so that gaps are created between adjacent modules 5, allowing for intensified air circulation through the housing.PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
