Obecnie coraz wieksze zapotrzebowanie na rynku maja drzwi przesuwne stosowane do przejsc, garderób, powieszone na ozdobnej prowadnicy, której wózki jezdne sa widoczne, a czesto staja sie ozdoba takich rozwiazan. Wiele koncepcji oraz wzorów wizualnych powstalych przy tego typu pomy- slach wprowadza pewne ograniczenia co do zakresu konstrukcji, a takze funkcjonalnosci samych wóz- ków. Zasadnicza kwestia staje sie wiec estetyka, wzornictwo oraz kompozycja calosci, których celem jest tworzenie wartosci dodanej z perspektywy klienta. Istota rozwiazania wózka lizakowego z niewidocznymi mocowaniami jest to, ze cala jego kon- strukcja, czyli kolo jezdne (01) poruszajace sie po prowadnicy plaskownikowej (06) wraz z lozyskowana osia (02) i wieszakiem (03) zostala tak zaprojektowana, aby nie bylo widac elementów mocujacych samego wózka do drzwi systemu. Wózek lizakowy z niewidocznymi mocowaniami zbudowany jest z kola jezdnego (01) zamocowa- nego na lozyskowanej osi (02) przymocowanej na stale do górnej czesci wieszaka (03), dzieki czemu porusza sie po prowadnicy plaskownikowej (06) w sposób plynny i cichy. Na jego budowe sklada sie równiez metalowy, nietypowo zaprojektowany i uksztaltowany wieszak (03), w którego podluznej czesci zostala przymocowana na stale pólka (04) pod katem prostym wraz z regulowanym otworem montazo- wym (05), tworzaca swego rodzaju oparcie dla wózka wzgledem górnej krawedzi drzwi (07), do których za pomoca lacznika metalowego (08) jest on przymocowany. Calosc tworzy ksztalt lizaka, w którego górnej czesci zaprojektowano kolo z dwoma wycieciami w ksztalcie fasolek. Dodatkowo brak widocz- nych elementów polaczeniowych zarówno wózka z kolem jezdnym (01), jak i drzwi (07), podkresla uni- kalna stylistyke projektu dopelniajac estetyke i wysublimowany wyglad calego systemu. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL 71 896 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the construction of a lollipop trolley with invisible fasteners, which is used in systems with sliding doors as a decorative running element moving along a sandstone guide. Currently, an increasing demand on the market are sliding doors used for passages, wardrobes, hung on a decorative guide, the trolleys of which are visible, and often become an ornament of such solutions. Many concepts and visual patterns created with this type of ideas introduce certain limitations as to the scope of the structure as well as the functionality of the wheelchairs themselves. So the main issue becomes aesthetics, design and the composition of the whole, the aim of which is to create added value from the customer's perspective. The lollipop cart with invisible fasteners according to the utility model is shown in Fig. 1. The essence of the lollipop cart solution with invisible fasteners is that its entire structure, i.e. the road wheel (01) moving on a flat guide (06) with a bearing axle (02) and the hanger (03) have been designed so that you cannot see the fastening elements of the trolley itself to the system door. The lollipop trolley with invisible fasteners consists of a road wheel (01) mounted on a bearing axle (02) permanently attached to the upper part of the hanger (03), thanks to which it moves smoothly and quietly along the flat guide (06). Its structure also includes a metal, atypically designed and shaped hanger (03), in the longitudinal part of which a shelf (04) was permanently attached at right angles with an adjustable mounting hole (05), creating a kind of support for the trolley in relation to the upper edge of the door (07) to which it is attached with a metal fastener (08). The whole is in the shape of a lollipop, in the upper part of which there is a circle with two notches in the shape of beans. In addition, the lack of visible connection elements, both for the trolley with a wheel (01) and the door (07), emphasizes the unique style of the design, complementing the aesthetics and sophisticated appearance of the entire system.
