Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kubek termiczny z rurką filtrującą do zaparzania i picia herbaty Yerba Mat. Istotą rozwiązania jest połącznie kubka termicznego (1) utrzymującego przez długi czas stałą temperaturę napoju oraz rurki filtrującej (2) znajdującej się wewnątrz i przymocowanej w sposób trwały do szczelnej nakrętki (3) która posiada ustnik (4). Susz Yerba Mate po wsypaniu do wnętrza kubka termicznego zostaje zalany wodą o odpowiedniej temperaturze a następnie zakręcony szczelną nakrętką z ustnikiem wraz z przymocowaną do niej rurką filtrującą.The subject of the application is a thermal mug with a filter tube for brewing and drinking Yerba Mate tea. The essence of the solution is the combination of a thermal mug (1) maintaining a constant temperature of the drink for a long time and a filter tube (2) located inside and permanently attached to a tight cap (3) which has a mouthpiece (4). After pouring the Yerba Mate herb into the thermal mug, it is filled with water of the appropriate temperature and then screwed on with a tight cap with a mouthpiece and a filter tube attached to it.

PL 71 882 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest kubek termiczny z rurka filtrujaca do zaparzania i picia her- baty Yerba Mate. Znane sa na rynku naczynia (matero) do parzenia herbaty Yerba Mate, których wada jest, iz nie posiadaja szczelnego nakrycia, przez co nalezy je uzytkowac w odpowiedniej pozycji, by nie doszlo do rozlania herbaty. W przeciwienstwie do niniejszego produktu sa niewygodne w zastosowaniu w róznych warunkach uzytkowania. Istota wzoru uzytkowego jest polacznie kubka termicznego utrzymujacego przez dlugi czas stala temperature napoju oraz rurki filtrujacej znajdujacej sie wewnatrz i przymocowanej w sposób trwaly do szczelnej nakretki, która posiada ustnik. Susz Yerba Mate po wsypaniu do wnetrza kubka termicznego zostaje zalany woda o odpowiedniej temperaturze, a nastepnie zakrecony szczelna nakretka z ustni- kiem wraz z przymocowana do niej rurka filtrujaca. Dzieki takiemu polaczeniu powyzszych elementów napój ten mozna bezpiecznie i wygodnie przechowywac i spozywac podczas podrózy, pracy, treningu czy jakiejkolwiek innej czynnosci bez obawy o wylanie sie napoju po przechyleniu kubka. Produkt ten moze byc zaprojektowany w róznych rozmiarach objetosciowych, a elementy wykonane z róznych ma- terialów: metalu, plastiku, ceramiki, zalezenie od oczekiwan zamawiajacego produkt. Dodatkowo opcjo- nalnie produkt moze zostac wyposazony w termometr wbudowany w obudowe kubka termicznego wskazujacy temperature napoju. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia boczny przekrój produktu stanowiacego przedmiot wzoru. There are Yerba Mate tea brewing vessels on the market, the disadvantage of which is that they do not have a tight cover, so they should be used in the right position to avoid spilling the tea. Contrary to this product, they are inconvenient to use under various conditions of use. The essence of the utility pattern is a thermal mug that maintains a constant temperature of the drink for a long time and a filtering tube inside and permanently attached to a tight cap, which has a mouthpiece. After pouring the Yerba Mate drought into the inside of the thermal mug, water of a suitable temperature is poured over it, and then a tight cap with a mouthpiece and a filter tube attached to it are screwed on. Thanks to this combination of the above elements, this drink can be safely and conveniently stored and consumed during travel, work, training or any other activity without fear of spilling the drink after tilting the cup. This product can be designed in various volumetric sizes, and the elements are made of various materials: metal, plastic, ceramics, depending on the expectations of the person ordering the product. Additionally, as an option, the product can be equipped with a thermometer built into the casing of the thermal mug, indicating the temperature of the drink. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a side section of the product which is the subject of the pattern. The thermal mug for brewing and drinking Yerba Mate consists of the main body of the thermal mug 1, inside which there is a filter tube 2, twisted on the thread 5 of the cap 3, and a movable mouthpiece 4.
