Description

Przyklad kitu poliestrowego wedlug wynalazku przeznaczonego do nanoszenia na gruntowane nadwozia samochodowe.2 71839 Mikrotalk siarczan baru Aerosil Biel tytanowa Zywica poliestrowa nienasycona twar¬ da, okolo 70% roztwór w styrenie Zywica poliestrowa nienasycona elas¬ tyczna, okolo 60% roztwór w styrenie Naftenian Co 10% Styren stabilizowany 30% wagowych 29,6% wagowych 0,5% wagowych 1,0% wagowych 22,0% wagowych 14,5% wagowych 0,4% wagowych 2,0% wagowych PL PLPriority: July 14, 1972 (P. 156816) Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: October 26, 1974 71839 W- 22g, 5/34 MKP C09d5 / 34 Inventor: Jan Kokocinski Authorized by the provisional patent: Kujawska Fabryka Farb i Lakierów , Wloclawek (Poland) Polyester putty. The subject of the invention is a polyester putty intended to be applied to primed or non-primed surfaces in order to smooth them, so that the applied layers then give a smooth and homogeneous varnish coat. Known putty years based on phthalic resins and nitrocellulose can be applied in a layer of a thickness not exceeding 0.3 mm. At greater thicknesses, cracking and blistering of the putty used or the ready-to-use paint coating applied on it may occur. The also known epoxy putties are characterized by a very high hardness after hardening, which makes it very difficult to sand them, which is necessary before applying layers of the next paint coat. The aim of the invention is to develop a putty, which would have good adhesion to the substrate, could be applied in thicker layers, air-drying good flexibility and hardness and easy to sand. The paint coat applied to the putty layer should be well-adherent, durable and have an aesthetic appearance. Surprisingly, it turned out that such properties are possessed by the polyester putty according to the invention, which contains a combination of a hard polyester resin and a flexible polyester resin in the range of mutual weight ratios. 1-5 to 5-1. By hard polyester resin we mean one which contains a saturated acid component in the macromolecule which gives the polyester resin a high hardness after hardening. Especially an unsaturated polyester resin based on phthalic anhydride, soluble in styrene. By elastic polyester resins we mean one that contains a saturated acid component in the macromolecule, which gives the resin a great flexibility after hardening, especially an unsaturated polyester resin based on adipic acid, soluble in styrene. According to the invention, polyester putty is characterized by good adhesion to the substrate, grinds well. It can be applied to primed or unprimed metal, wooden, ceramic, glass, concrete and other surfaces. Coatings applied thereon ensure high durability and aesthetic appearance. Example of polyester putty according to the invention intended for application on primed car bodies.2 71839 Microtalk barium sulphate Aerosil Titanium white Unsaturated polyester resin hard, about 70% solution in styrene Unsaturated polyester resin tic, about 60% solution in styrene Naphthenate Co 10% Stabilized styrene 30% by weight 29.6% by weight 0.5% by weight 1.0% by weight 22.0% by weight 14.5% by weight 0.4% by weight 2.0 % by weight PL PL
