Description

Pierwszenstwo: Zgloszenje ogloszono: 30.05.1973 Opis patentowy opublikowano: 15.07.1974 71431 KI. 39b5,37/20 MKP C08g 37/20 Twórcawynalazku: Andrzej Zak Uprawniony z patentu tymczasowego: Centralne Biuro Techniczne Przemyslu Maszyn Wlókienniczych, Lódz (Polska) Masa termoutwardzalna do wytwarzania panewek lozysk Przedmiotem wynalazku jest masa termoutwardzalna do wytwarzania panewek lozysk slizgowych prze¬ znaczonych do zespolów maszyn wlókienniczych, zwlaszcza narazonych na oddzialywanie srodowisk chemicznie agresywnych. Sposób wytwarzania termoutwardzalnej masy podanej w przykladzie II, polega na rozcienczeniu zywicy rozpuszczalnikiem, najlepiej alkoholem i przesyceniu powstalym roztworem pozostalych skladników podawa¬ nych w nastepujacej kolejnosci: teflon, azbest, grafit. PL PLPriority: Notification announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: July 15, 1974 71431 KI. 39b5.37 / 20 MKP C08g 37/20 Inventor: Andrzej Zak Authorized by the provisional patent: Central Technical Office of the Textile Machinery Industry, Lodz (Poland) Thermosetting compound for the production of bearing shells. The subject of the invention is a thermosetting compound for the production of sliding bearing bushes intended for assemblies of textile machines, especially those exposed to the influence of chemically aggressive environments. Known thermosetting masses used for this purpose have disadvantages, for example, lignofol has no resistance to water, acids, lags, while bakelite does not have resistance to acids and lugs. An additional disadvantage of bakelite is the high coefficient of friction when working with parts made of generally used materials. The aim of the invention is to develop a thermosetting mass resistant to water, acids and alkali and having a low coefficient of friction. The invention consists in introducing in the composition of the thermosetting mass primarily resins resistant to the action of water and chemically aggressive agents and ground polytetrafluoroethylene as a self-lubricating agent. The mass according to the invention contains phenol-formaldehyde resin condensed in an acid or alkaline environment in the amount of 30-61% by weight, urotropine in the amount of 0.1-8%, zinc stearate in the amount of 1% as an agent preventing sticking of the molding to the mold, polytetrafluorethylene 5-16.9%, graphite 15-30% and glass or asbestos fiber 10-22%. The inventive mass is characterized by a low friction coefficient, comparable to the friction coefficient of graphite, and its abrasion resistance more than twenty times the abrasion resistance of graphite. The mass does not lose its structural properties at a temperature of up to 100 ° C when exposed to 10% solutions of liquors, acids and salts. Two examples of the mass recipe according to the invention are given below, in which the content of individual components is expressed in percent by weight. Example I Novolak phenol-formaldehyde resin No. 18 49% Urotropin 6% Stearinancin 1% Glass fiber - waste 10% 2 71431 Colloidal graphite 24% Polytetrafluoroethylene 10% Example Resole-type phenol-formaldehyde resin 45% Urotropin 0.5% Stearinancin 1.0% Amphibolic oranthylite asbestos 22% Graphite colloid 22% Polytetrafluoroethylene 9% on the homogenization of the ingredients in the specified proportions using heated calenders, in which the mass is initially hardened. Then the mass is removed from the rollers and ground into a powder of the required granularity. The method of producing the thermosetting mass given in example 2 consists in diluting the resin with a solvent, preferably alcohol, and saturating it with the resulting solution of the remaining ingredients administered in the following order: teflon, asbestos, graphite. The supersaturation is carried out in the mixer. Next, the mass is removed from the mixer and dried, and then it is crushed into a powder of a given granularity. The finished mass has the following properties: friction coefficient equal to the coefficient of friction of graphite, gray to black color depending on the graphite content, resistance to action at 100 ° C 10% acid, alkali and salt solutions, good chip workability.
