PL PL PL PL 71 422 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility design is a sewer manhole with a cover intended for use especially on surfaces for pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The manhole is especially used for sewage manholes, inspection and measurement manholes used in sidewalk and yard installations. Sewer manholes are known from the state of the art and are made mainly of cast iron, consisting essentially of a body and a cover and associated screws or other elements used to fasten the cover to the body. For example, from the Polish description of the utility model PL 57006, there is a sewer manhole equipped with catches and cooperating screws used to connect the cover with the manhole body. Also known from the Polish utility model application No. 391354 is a casing of a sewer manhole for an inspection or drainage well, having three rings connected with C-shaped clamps. The housing rings have stiffening ribs, and the manhole cover is mounted in the body on a hinge. Manhole covers made of cast iron or a combination of cast iron and concrete are known from the state of the art. The structures of such covers take the form of a rib-reinforced cast iron basin with a collar, which is filled with concrete or asphalt concrete. For example, from the description of the Polish utility model No. PL 67854, there is a known sewer manhole cover made of a uniform annular body made of cast iron and filled with concrete with reinforcing bars, which has an annular body made of an upper ring in the shape of a truncated cone tapering downwards, which bends radially to the center of the cover and becomes a horizontal ring, and then bends radially downwards into the lower ring in the shape of a truncated cone tapering downwards. On the upper surface of the horizontal ring there are hooks on which at least three steel reinforcing bars with a length equal to the internal diameter of the ring body are attached. On the horizontal axis of the cover in the ring body there are two sprues with blind holes in which catches are placed. Also known from the Polish description of utility model PL 64587 is a sewer manhole cover, which was constructed in such a way as to ensure good drainage of water from the surface, while ensuring safety for pedestrians and appropriate durability. The cover in the central part, limited by an annular protrusion with a diameter approximately equal to the distance of the opposite holes for ventilation and/or assembly, has an anti-slip pattern consisting essentially of symmetrical figures of an elongated shape with constrictions in the central part, which are located relative to each other on alternating perpendicularly, with the supporting surface of the board in the central part being slightly convex, with a shape similar to the bowl, and the annular protrusion has cutouts to allow water to flow freely from the anti-slip pattern space to the ventilation or assembly holes. Also known from the Polish description of utility model PL 68164 is a sewage cover made of plastic, intended especially for use in home sewage installations, the supporting plate of which is covered with an anti-slip pattern and is equipped with mounting holes, in which the cover body in the top view, forming the shape of a circle, it is equipped with an anti-slip ornament creating divided circular sprues of a shape similar to rectangles, it is equipped with shaped assembly holes that are provided with channels connecting the cover body with the external circular sprue, and the cover body is equipped with on the inner side, the central circular sprue has a horizontal stiffening rib. Due to its low durability, this type of cover is not suitable for use in road construction because it cracks easily. A protective cover for manholes, made of aluminum or non-ferrous metal alloys, is known from the American patent application No. US 2016/0168818, ensuring protection of the opening during maintenance work. The cover has adapted holes ensuring proper lighting, ventilation and water drainage. The cover also has a hinged door. This type of cover is not used permanently because it does not meet the strength conditions specified in the standard, i.e. a load of 15 kN. The previously used solutions for covers intended for use in road construction were heavy due to the cast iron material used, which caused difficulties in transport, distribution and assembly. Moreover, making a cast iron casting involves the consumption of a large amount of electricity necessary to obtain the proper melting temperature of the cast iron in order to make the casting. Filling the casting with concrete or asphalt concrete further increased the weight of the cover. However, manhole cover solutions made of light materials such as plastic or non-ferrous metal alloys were not suitable for use with heavy loads. The aim of the pattern is to develop a manhole structure that allows the manhole to be made of light materials, preferably aluminum alloys, while ensuring resistance to loads up to 15 kN. The sewer manhole, especially for sewer manholes, is made in the form of a cast according to a pattern, contains a body with reinforcing ribs and a cover with profiled anti-slip elements on the top, and on the bottom it is equipped with stiffening ribs in the shape of flat bars located perpendicular to the bottom part of the cover and forming a spatial truss closed with a circumferential ring, and is also equipped with mounting holes for the lock and holes for lifting the cover, and is characterized by the fact that the manhole is entirely made of an aluminum alloy, and the shape of the truss made of stiffening ribs is based essentially on equilateral triangles, distributed over the entire surface of the bottom cover. Preferably, all ribs stiffening the covers have the same height. Preferably, some of the stiffening ribs of the cover are higher, and the central stiffening ribs of the higher higher ones form an equilateral hexagon in the middle, from the vertices of which the higher radial stiffening ribs extend radially, with a length smaller than the radius of the lower part of the cover. Preferably, the anti-slip elements of the cover are arranged radially over the entire surface of the cover, with the gaps between the individual anti-slip elements creating a pattern in the form of centrifugal rings and radii intersecting with them. Preferably, the manhole body has the shape of a rim, which, below the support shelf, has a rim deviated from the vertical axis by an angle of ranging from 20 to 25° and then turns into a horizontal collar. Preferably, the strengthening ribs of the body are arranged on the outside and have the form of vertical ribs with a rounded cross-section. Preferably, the strengthening ribs of the body are arranged on the inner side and have the form of flat ribs. Preferably, the vertical ribs arranged on the inner side of the body are angularly offset in relation to the flat ribs arranged on the outer side of the body. Creating a hatch according to the pattern requires the use of much less energy than previously used solutions. The use of aluminum alloy as a material also allows to reduce the weight of the entire manhole and the cover, which significantly facilitates the distribution, transport and assembly of the manhole, as well as its operation. The geometry of the shape of the underside of the cover, and in particular the triangle mesh used, ensures the cover's strength under a pressure of 15 kN in accordance with the applicable standard, which ensures safe use of the product. Similarly, the bending of the body and the ribs used increase its durability. Additionally, the arrangement of anti-slip elements on the cover used in the pattern ensures easy drainage of water from its surface. The utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a manhole with a cover placed in the body in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the manhole body in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the manhole body in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the body manhole in section A-A, Fig. 5 shows the body of the manhole in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the body in section C-C in an enlargement, Fig. 7 shows a detail D in an enlargement, Fig. 8 shows a detail B in an enlargement, Fig. shows the section E-E in an enlargement, and Fig. 10 shows the detail F in an enlargement, Fig. 11 shows a view of the underside of the cover in the first embodiment, Fig. 12 shows a section A-A of this embodiment of the cover, Fig. 13 shows the cover in a top view, Fig. 14 shows an enlarged view of the cover in section B-B, Fig. 15 shows an enlarged view of detail C, Fig. 16 shows a view of the underside of the cover in the second form. The sewer manhole cover is made of an aluminum alloy according to the pattern. The manhole includes a body 1 and a cover 2. The cover 2 has profiled anti-slip elements 3 on the top, and on the bottom it is equipped with stiffening ribs 4, which have the same height. The stiffening ribs 4 of the cover 2 have the shape of flat bars located perpendicular to the bottom part of the cover 2 and create a spatial truss closed with a circumferential ring 5, at PL 71 422 Y1 4, where the shape of the truss is basically based on equilateral triangles located on the entire surface of the bottom cover 2. The anti-slip elements 3 of the cover 2 are arranged radially over the entire surface of the cover 2, with the gaps between the individual anti-slip elements 3 forming a pattern in the form of centrifugal rings and radii intersecting with them. The cover 2 is equipped with mounting holes for the lock 6 and with holes 7 for lifting the cover 2. The manhole body 1 has the shape of a rim, which, below the supporting shelf 1a, has a rim 1b tilted from the vertical axis by an angle? ranging from 20 to 25° and then turns into a horizontal collar 1c. The reinforcing ribs 8 of the body 1 are arranged on the outer side and have the form of vertical ribs 8a with a rounded cross-section. The reinforcing ribs 8 of the body 1 arranged on the inner side have the form of flat ribs 8b. The flat ribs 8b of the body 1 located on its inner side are angularly offset in relation to the vertical ribs 8a located on the outer side of the body 1. In another form of this pattern, part of the stiffening ribs 4 of the cover 2 are higher, and the higher central stiffening ribs 4a form an equilateral hexagon in the middle, higher radial stiffening ribs 4b with a length smaller than the radius of the bottom part of the cover 2 radiate from the tops of which radiate away.
