2 przedstawia przekrój wzdluzny A-A podgrzewacza z fig. 1. Z pomiarów wynika, ze temperatura spalin u wylotu z komina siega okolo 150 ?C. Komore grzewcza podgrzewacza powietrza spalania 2 (fig. W plaszcz zewnetrzny komory grzewczej powietrza 2 nalezy spawac króciec 5 zasysajacy powietrze spalania z pomieszcze- nia kotlowni i króciec 6 odprowadzajacy nagrzane powietrze wezem elastycznym termoodpornym pod komore spalania pieca CO. Rozstaw krócców 5 i 6 (wymiar L) nalezy maksymalizowac w zaleznosci od dlugosci czopucha, celem zwiekszenia powierzchni grzewczej podgrzewacza. Powierzchnie grzewcza podgrzewacza mozna tez zwiekszyc, spawajac w nia radiatory, ale zwiekszy to jego gaba- ryty Powierzchnie przekroju krócców 5 i 6 powinny byc co najmniej równe przekrojowi wlotów powie- trza spalania do komory spalania pieców CO. Przekrój komory grzewczej podgrzewacza powietrza spalania winien byc znacznie wiekszy od przekroju krócców 5 i 6 celem zmniejszenia predkosci prze- plywu podgrzewanego powietrza spalania wymuszonego ciagiem kominowym lub pompa powietrza, w efekcie podgrzaniem do wyzszej temperatury. W efekcie koncowym podgrzane powietrze spalania powinno poprawic sprawnosc pieca CO o kilka procent. PL PLEN 71 372 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a combustion air heater for a central heating furnace, which belongs to the field of heating techniques. French patent document FR2292938A1 discloses a combustion air heater for a central heating furnace, which is an outer mantle mounted outside the furnace bladder, with the inner surface of the mantle and the outer surface of the furnace chimney formed by a heating chamber that flows through the air . The essence of the solution is a combustion air heater for a central heating furnace, which is an external mantle mounted on the outside of the furnace flue, whereby the internal surface of the mantle and the external surface of the furnace flue is formed by a heating chamber, flowing for air, characterized by the fact that The outer mantle in one end area is provided with a suction port, and in the other, opposite end area, it is provided with a discharge port opposite to the suction port axis of the furnace, with the axes of both ports oriented perpendicular to the axis of the furnace pipe. Such a solution does not reduce the cross-section of the furnace flue, and therefore also does not reduce the chimney draft. Preferably, the cross-sectional areas of the suction and discharge ports are at least equal to the cross-sectional area of the combustion air inlet to the combustion chamber of the central heating furnace, which stabilizes the speed of the combustion air flow. Preferably, the cross-sectional area of the heating chamber is several times larger than the cross-sectional area of the suction and discharge ports, which reduces the flow velocity of the heated air and thus heating it to a higher temperature. The object of the utility model is presented in the drawing, Fig. 1 shows the combustion air heater for a central heating furnace in front view, and Fig. 2 shows the longitudinal section AA of the heater from Fig. 1. The measurements show that the exhaust gas temperature at the outlet from the chimney it reaches about 150? The heating chamber of the combustion air heater 2 (Fig. 2) is created by using the outer surface of the flue 3 as a heating surface of the flowing air and by enclosing the flue 3 with an external jacket 4 made of a sheet with the shape of a flue cross-section. In the outer jacket of the air heating chamber 2, weld the connector 5 for drawing combustion air from the boiler room and the connector 6 for discharging the hot air with a flexible, heat-resistant hose under the CO furnace combustion chamber. The spacing of connectors 5 and 6 (dimension L) should be maximized depending on the length of the flue, in order to increase the heating surface of the heater. The heating surfaces of the heater can also be increased by welding the radiators into them, but this will increase its dimensions. The cross-sectional areas of ports 5 and 6 should be at least equal to the cross-section of combustion air inlets to the combustion chamber of CO furnaces. The cross-section of the heating chamber of the combustion air heater should be much larger than the cross-section of the nozzles 5 and 6 in order to reduce the flow velocity of the heated combustion air forced by the chimney draft or the air pump, as a result of heating it to a higher temperature. As a result, the preheated combustion air should improve the efficiency of the CO furnace by a few percent. Due to the simplicity of construction, the described combustion air heater can be installed in already operating furnaces, eg in the form of a divided structure, which enables installation without disassembling the furnace from the heating system.
