Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest golf sportowy przeznaczony zwlaszcza dla osób uprawiajacych sport. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, strukturze i ornamencie. Golf sportowy przylega do ciala, posiada golf chroniacy szyje oraz rekawy skrojone razem z czescia ramieniowa siegajaca az do wyciecia szyi. W dolnej czesci rekawów znajduja sie dwa dodatkowe otwory przeznaczone na kciuk i maly palec. Na ramionach oraz na rekawach, na wysokosci lokci, znajduja sie naszyte dwuwarstwowe, wyprofilowane i obszyte lamówka, ochraniacze wykonane z materialu wlókienniczego i wypelnione materialem izolujacym. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia golf sportowy w widoku od tylu, zas fig. 2 przedstawia golf sportowy w widoku od przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to dwa dodatkowe otwory znajdujace sie w dolnej czesci rekawów, przeznaczone na kciuk i maly palec, zapobiegajace przesuwaniu sie dolnej czesci rekawa, oraz dwuwarstwowe, wyprofilowane i obszyte lamówka, ochraniacze znajdujace sie na ramionach i na rekawach na wysokosci lokci, wykonane z materialu wlókienniczego i wypelnione materialem izolujacym. Ochraniacze maja ksztalt przystosowany do wlasciwosci fizycznych czlowieka i zapewniaja optymalne zabezpieczenie ciala uzytkownika w razie upadku. Golf sportowy jest wykonany z materialu elastycznego w kolorze czarnym. Dopuszcza sie równiez inne zestawienie kolorów.fig. 1 fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a sports golf intended especially for people who practice sports. The essence of a pattern is a new form of an object, manifested in its shape, structure and ornament. Sports golf adheres to the body, has a turtleneck to protect the neck and sleeves cut together with the shoulder section reaching up to the neck cut. There are two additional holes for the thumb and little finger at the bottom of the sleeves. On the shoulders and on the sleeves, at the height of the elbows, there are sewn double-layer, contoured and trimmed piping, pads made of textile material and filled with insulating material. The object of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a golf course from the rear, and Fig. 2 shows a golf course from the front. Important features of the industrial design are two additional holes in the lower part of the sleeves, intended for the thumb and little finger, preventing the lower part of the sleeve from shifting, and a two-layer, profiled and stitched hem, pads on the shoulders and sleeves at the elbows made of textile material and filled with insulating material. The protectors have a shape adapted to the physical properties of a human and provide optimal protection of the user's body in the event of a fall. The sports turtleneck is made of elastic material in black. A different combination of colors is also allowed. 1 fig. 2 PL
