Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych lampion w widoku perspektywicznym fig. Lampion sklada sie z trzech elementów: kolumny, obudowy kominka i wkladu. Kolumna o ksztalcie cylindrycznym, posiada na powierzchni cylindrycznej wyciecia w ksztalcie krzyzy, dno plaskie oraz umieszczone symetrycznie na koncach po przeciwnych kierunkach kolumny prostokatne wyciecia. Obudowa kominka posiada od góry daszek o ksztalcie scietej czaszy kulistej znajdujacy sie nad czescia cylindryczna z otworami na obwodzie, pod która jestpokrywa o ksztalcie scietej czaszy kulistej, której srednica jest wieksza od srednicy kolumny. Obudowa kominka posiada pret w ksztalcie litery U prostopadly do czaszy kulistej pokrywy, wspólosiowo do osi lampionu oraz pret w ksztalcie kola prostopadly do osi lampionu o takiej srednicy, ze po wlozeniu do kolumny przylega do wkladu od wewnetrznej strony, a który polaczony jest z pretem w ksztalcie litery U oraz podstawke o ksztalcie cylindrycznym wygieta do góry w kierunku pokrywy, polaczona z pretem w ksztalcie litery U o barwie innej niz wklad. Wklad ma ksztalt cylindryczny - fig. 4, fig.8, fig. 12, fig. 16, fig.20., jest przezroczysty w dowolnym kolorze i umieszczony jest miedzy kolumna a obudowa kominka i przylega do sciany kolumny. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape and colour. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, showing the lantern in a perspective view fig. Fig. 11, Fig. 15, Fig. 19, - perspective view of the insert Fig. 4, Fig. 8, Fig. 12, Fig. 16, Fig. 20. The lantern consists of three elements: a column, a fireplace surround, and an insert. The cylindrical column has cross-shaped cutouts on its cylindrical surface, a flat bottom, and rectangular cutouts placed symmetrically at the ends of the column on opposite sides. The fireplace surround has a roof in the shape of a truncated spherical cap located above the cylindrical part with holes around the circumference, under which is a cover in the shape of a truncated spherical cap, the diameter of which is greater than the diameter of the column. The fireplace surround has a U-shaped rod perpendicular to the spherical bowl of the cover, coaxial to the lantern axis, and a circular rod perpendicular to the lantern axis, with a diameter such that when inserted into the column, it adheres to the insert on the inside. This rod is connected to the U-shaped rod, and a cylindrical base bent upwards towards the cover, connected to a U-shaped rod of a different color than the insert. The cylindrical insert - Fig. 4, Fig. 8, Fig. 12, Fig. 16, Fig. 20 - is transparent in any color and is placed between the column and the fireplace surround, adjoining the column wall. The column and the fireplace casing are made in the following color varieties: gold - fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, antique copper - fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, silver - fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, old silver - fig. 13, fig. 14, fig. 15 and black - fig. 17, fig. 18, fig. 19.
