Ramiona sa ukierunkowane prostopadle do zebra i sa przymocowane do zewnetrznej czesci czaszy pólmaski. Pomiedzy dwoma punktami mocowania elementy zapobiegajace zapadaniu sie pólmaski moga miec równiez dodatkowe punkty mocowania, badz moga byc przymocowane do czaszy pólmaski na calej swojej rozciaglosci. W jeszcze innej postaci wykonania elementy zapobiegajace zapadaniu sie pólmaski moga stanowic staly element konstrukcyjny zaworów wydechowych, ograniczajac ilosc mocowanych w pólmasce czesci. W takiej postaci pólmaska moze byc skladana wzdluz centralnej czesci pólmaski, pozbawionej elementów wzmacniajacych, a linia zlozenia pólmaski jest prostopadla do elementów zapobiegajacych zapadaniu sie pólmaski. Podobnie ramiona 10 elementu usztywniajacego 9 moga byc równiez z cala pólmaska 1 roz- kladane w kierunku B i ustawiane w odpowiednim polozeniu, przystosowanym do korzystania z pólma- ski 1 do filtracji powietrza. PL PL PL PL PL PLEN 71 259 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a half-mask for air filtration, used as a respiratory protection device against pollution, especially against dust, fumes, mists or airborne particles of various substances, such as aerosols. In the prior art, US20030154984 discloses a foldable air filtration mask having an inner side in use adhering to the user's face and an outer side. The respirator includes a nasal and chin part of a filter material cup on which there is a central connecting line between the canopy elements, defining the side portions of the canopy at the same time. The respirator is attached to the user's head by means of a tightening tape, which is connected to the respirator canopy in the attachment areas prepared for this purpose on both side parts of the respirator. The extensive attachment areas are connected to the exhalation valves and are located on both side parts of the mask, and are additionally interconnected by a bolt. The rib itself, which connects the tightening tape areas, is on the outer side of the half mask and goes through the nose portion of the canopy. In addition, the rib in the nasal half-mask canopy has two pairs of arms, each of which is assigned to one side part of the half-mask. The arms are oriented perpendicular to the zebra, and are attached to the outside of the half-mask dome. Thereby, the arms gently draw the material of the half mask and ensure contact between the filter material and the wearer's nose. The areas of attachment of the tape spanning the exhalation filters and the zebra form the outer skeleton of the half mask ensuring the stability of the half mask, especially when you put it on. In turn, from the description US20120125345 a half-mask for air filtration in the shape of a bowl is known having an inner side in use adjacent to the user's face and an outer side. On the outside there are means for attaching the half mask to the user's head, while on the inside or also on the outside there are elements preventing the mask from collapsing and bending during use. For this purpose, elements made of stiffening materials or additional fasteners are used, which are positioned so as to act against the forces that cause the half-mask to collapse and flex during its use. The half-mask anti-collapse devices can have different shapes and forms, but in any case, and especially when attached to the inside of the mask, the half mask is fixed at their two ends. Thus, they always have two attachment points to the half-mask canopy. Between the two attachment points, the half mask anti-collapse devices may also have additional attachment points, or they can be attached to the mask over their entire length. In yet another embodiment, the respirator anti-collapse features may be a fixed component of the exhalation valves, limiting the number of parts attached to the respirator. Such a form of anti-collapse devices has been envisaged for half-masks with a defined shape, especially in the form of a stiffened bowl. In the case of respirators with a folded edge that allows them to be folded flat, the anti-collapse features of the respirator are two-piece. In this case, they are attached only to the lateral sides of the respirator so that in the center of the mask, corresponding to the edge of the bend, there is an unreinforced filter material of the respirator canopy. In such form, the mask may be folded along the center of the mask, devoid of the reinforcement elements, and the fold line of the mask is perpendicular to the anti-collapse members of the mask. The purpose of the utility model is to develop an air filtration half mask that will not flare up during use and at the same time will provide good breathing properties for the user. An additional purpose of the utility model is to simplify the steps associated with the production of such a half-mask. The utility pattern is for an air filtration half-mask, consisting of a filter material cup with a central longitudinal fold edge, at least partially welded or sewn, which separates the cups into two laps. Each of the plates has a holder for fastening the spanning tape, while in at least one piece there is an exhaust valve connected to the V-shaped stiffening element. The essence of the utility pattern is that one end of the stiffening element is attached to the valve body. exhalation from the inside of the canopy, and the arms of this brace are pivotable with respect to its top. The position of the top of the stiffening element corresponds to the longitudinal edge of the canopy bend from its inside. The exhalation valve is shaped separate from the tie-strap holder. EN 71 259 Y1 3 In its basic form, the air filtration half-mask includes one exhalation valve. In another embodiment, the air filtration half mask may include two exhalation valves, one in each lobe of the canopy, and the associated end of the stiffening member is attached to the body of each exhalation valve. The main advantage of the utility pattern is its very simple structure, structure and arrangement of the stiffening element. Due to the placement of the V-shaped stiffening element on the inside of the canopy, the collapse of the air filtration mask is eliminated during use, and the fact that this element is separate from other parts of the mask does not restrict the flow of air through the filter material. The stiffening element of a simple structure and small size also allows to obtain other advantages, such as increasing the comfort of using the half-mask, not only thanks to the unrestricted air flow, but also due to the light structure of the entire half-mask - the stiffening element does not increase the weight of the half-mask, which is especially important during long-term use - forging. The simplicity of the structure of the stiffening element also translates into the simplification of the activities related to the production of such a half-mask, as the activities related to the folding of the half-mask elements are facilitated. Another advantage achieved at the production stage is the avoidance of complex plastic shapes that can be difficult to manufacture. The utility pattern is presented in more detail in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the inner side of an air filtration half-mask in a perspective view, fig. 2 - a half-mask for air filtration in a side view, fig. 3 - a half-mask for air filtration in another side view, Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the inner side of the air filtration respirator in a second embodiment, and Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the stiffening element itself. The respirator 1 for air filtration comprises bowls 2 made of a filter material with a central longitudinal edge of a bend 3 which, depending on the technology of production of the filter material bowl, can be welded or sewn together. The respirator 1 for air filtration has an inner side, when used, that sticks to the face of the wearer and an outer side. The central longitudinal edge of the bend 3 divides the bowls 2 into two plates 4 and 5. Each of the plates 4 and 5 is equipped with a holder 6 for attaching a tightening tape 7, which is designed to attach a half-mask 1 for air filtration on the user's head. By means of the tightening tape 7, the same adjustment of the mask 1 to the air filtration on the user's head is performed. On the other hand, each holder 6 for fastening the spanning tape 7 is an independent unit and is attached to the outer surface of the plates 4 and 5 near their edges. In turn, at least one plate 4, 5 is fitted with an exhalation valve 8 connected to a V-shaped stiffening element 9, located on the inside of the canopy 2. The exhalation valve 8 connected to a stiffening element 9 constitutes independent elements of a half-mask 1 for air filtration , which are in particular formed separately and separated from the holder 6 for fastening the spanning tape 7. The connection of the exhaust valve 8 to the stiffening element 9 is realized in such a way that one end 10 of the stiffening element 9 is attached to the exhaust valve body 8 'from inside the canopy 2. The arms 11 of the stiffening element 9 are pivotable with respect to its top 12, the position of which corresponds to the central longitudinal edge of the bend 3 of the canopy 2 from its inner side. Thus, the arms 10 of the stiffening element 9 can be folded in the direction A together with the entire air filtration half mask 1 such that the air filtration half mask 1 will have a flat shape suitable for transport and carrying. Likewise, the arms 10 of the stiffening element 9 can also be unfolded with the entire half mask 1 in the direction B and positioned in a suitable position for the use of the half mask 1 for air filtration. The respirator 1 for filtering the air, in a first embodiment, comprises one exhalation valve 8. In this embodiment, the body 8 'of the exhalation valve 8 is connected to one end 10 of the stiffening element 9, and the other end 10 of the stiffening element 9 together with its entirety. the arm 11 can be left free or it can be attached to the inner surface of the cup 2. A half-mask 1 for air filtration, in a second embodiment, includes two exhalation valves 8. In this form, each plate 4 and 5 of bowl 2 is fitted with one valve exhaust 8. The stiffening element 9 is also located on the inside of the bowl 2, and one end 10 is connected to the body 8 'of the exhaust valve 8 located in the weave 4 of the bowl 2, and the other end 10 of this stiffening element 9 is connected to the body 8 'second exhalation valve 8 located in plate 5 of the dish 2.
