Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uchwyt poręczy rusztowaniowej, znajdujący zastosowanie w konstrukcjach budowlanych przy pracach wykończeniowych i konserwacyjnych elewacji budynków. Uchwyt poręczy rusztowaniowej, wykonany z profilu zamkniętego, charakteryzuje się tym, że w ściance (1) wykonany jest otwór wyposażony w trwale przymocowaną do niego nakrętką (2) dla dociskowej śruby (3), natomiast na zewnętrznej powierzchni przeciwległej ścianki (4) wykonany jest mocujący występ (5).The subject of the application is a scaffolding handrail holder used in building structures for finishing and maintenance works on building facades. The scaffolding handrail holder, made of a closed profile, is characterized by the fact that in the wall (1) there is a hole equipped with a nut (2) permanently attached to it for the pressure screw (3), while on the outer surface of the opposite wall (4) there is a fixing projection (5).

PL 71 232 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest uchwyt poreczy rusztowaniowej, znajdujacy zastosowanie w konstrukcjach budowlanych przy pracach wykonczeniowych i konserwacyjnych elewacji budynków. Z japonskiego opisu patentowego JPS5718843 znany jest uchwyt do mocowania konstrukcji rusztowania do lancucha, majacy postac ksztaltownika, którego jedno ramie zaopatrzone jest w swo- rzen, drugie zas zaopatrzone jest w srube mlotkowa. Do ksztaltownika zamocowane jest ramie nosne. Srube mlotkowa umieszcza sie w ogniwie lancucha i blokuje sie sworzniem. Z polskiego opisu zgloszeniowego wynalazku P.413011 pod tytulem „Sposób montazu profilu komorowego za pomoca wkreta mocujacego", znane jest rozwiazanie dotyczace profilu zamknietego, zaopatrzonego w przelotowy otwór wykonany w przeciwleglych sciankach. W jednym z tych otworów, od wewnatrz montuje sie wkret, o lbie zaopatrzonym w tuleje. Drugi z tych otworów zaslepia sie korkiem. Celem rozwiazania wedlug wzoru jest opracowanie uchwytu poreczy rusztowaniowej na bazie powtarzalnych elementów kompatybilnych do systemów znanych rusztowan jako elementy uzupelnia- jace lub wzmacniajace konstrukcje rusztowan znanych systemów. Uchwyt poreczy rusztowaniowej, wykonany z profilu zamknietego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w sciance wykonany jest otwór dla dociskowej sruby, natomiast na zewnetrznej powierzchni przeciwle- glej scianki wykonany jest mocujacy wystep. Wystep to sruba mlotkowa. Uchwyt wykonany jest z czworokatnego profilu zamknietego. Trzpien dociskowej sruby zamontowany jest prostopadle do scianki w osi mocujacego wystepu. Sruba zamontowana jest w otworze, który jest wyposazony w trwale przymocowana do niego nakretke. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1, fig. 2 przedstawiono uchwyt w rzutach z boku, na fig. 3 zaprezentowano uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt poreczy rusztowaniowej wykonany jest z czworokatnego profilu zamknietego. W sciance 1 wykonany jest otwór 2 dla dociskowej sruby 3, natomiast na zewnetrznej powierzchni przeciwleglej scianki 4 wykonany jest mocujacy wystep 5, sruba mlotkowa. Trzpien dociskowej sruby 3 zamontowany jest prostopadle do scianki 1 w osi mocujacego wystepu 5. From the Japanese patent description JPS5718843 there is known a handle for attaching a scaffolding structure to a chain, having the form of a shaper, one arm of which is equipped with a pin and the other one is equipped with a hammer screw. A support arm is attached to the shaper. The hammer screw is placed in the chain link and locked with a pin. From the Polish application description of the invention P.413011 entitled "Method of assembling a chamber profile using a mounting screw", a solution is known regarding a closed profile equipped with a through hole made in opposite walls. In one of these holes, a screw is mounted from the inside, head equipped with sleeves. The second of these holes is closed with a plug. The purpose of the solution according to the pattern is to develop a scaffolding handrail holder based on repeatable elements compatible with known scaffolding systems as elements complementing or strengthening the scaffolding structures of known systems closed, characterized by a hole in the wall for the pressure screw, and a mounting protrusion on the outer surface of the opposite wall. The protrusion is a hammer screw. The handle is made of a square closed profile. The pin of the pressure screw is mounted perpendicular to the wall in the axis of the mounting projection. The screw is mounted in a hole that is equipped with a nut permanently attached to it. The subject of the utility model is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the handle in side views, Fig. 3 shows the handle in top view. The scaffolding handrail holder is made of a quadrangular closed profile. A hole 2 is made in wall 1 for the pressure screw 3, while on the outer surface of the opposite wall 4 there is a mounting protrusion 5, a hammer screw. The pin of the pressure screw 3 is mounted perpendicular to the wall 1 in the axis of the mounting projection 5.
