Description

Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy sposobu i urzadzenia do odprowadzania grubych i drobnych odpadków z paleniska. 1 przedstawia kociol w przekro¬ ju podluznym, a fig. 2 — przenosnik do zabierania odpadków w widbku zgóry. Tloczona wo¬ da moze wchodzic, np. do ejektorów 18, 18* i oczyszczac zbiorniki 14, 14' przez ssanie, albo tez zbiorniki oczyszcza sie wprowa¬ dzajac do nich wode tloczona bezposred¬ nio, poczem woda ta wraz z drobnemi od¬ padkami doplywa do basenu 7, w którym odpadki osiadaja, a woda odplywa rura przelewowa.Poniewaz w zbiornikach 14, 14' groma¬ dza sie stosunkowo male ilosci odpadków, wiec plókanie moze byc perjodyczne. Opisane urzadzenie dziala wiec w ten sposób, ze drobne odpadki gromadza sie w zbiornikach 14, 14' skad splókane woda do¬ staja sie do basenu 7, w którym zbieraja sie równiez grubsze odpadki spadajace ru¬ ra 4, poczem wszystkie odpadki razem wy¬ rzuca nazewnatrz mechaniczny przenosnik PL PL PL PL PLThe present invention relates to a method and device for removing coarse and fine waste from a furnace. Devices of this type are already known, where the waste is removed by flushing the waste, but only fine waste can be removed in this way, and coarser waste, such as slag and the like, must first pass through breakers, which require a driving force and do not provide a guarantee that the waste will be sufficiently crushed. Therefore, in such devices, clogging of the flushing lines cannot be avoided even with a large water consumption. Therefore, water under higher pressure must be used, which requires powerful and expensive pumps. This disadvantage is not shared by other known devices, which operate in such a way that the waste collects in a basin, from which it is removed by a mechanical conveyor. The devices consume relatively less water and driving power, but they operate economically only with large quantities of waste, and are too expensive when used to remove smaller quantities of waste, such as fly ash from the rear flues of the boiler, from heaters, etc. The device according to the invention does not have the above-mentioned disadvantages and operates in such a way that small waste is flushed with water to the front into a container in which larger waste is also collected, after which the waste is thrown onto a common mechanical conveyor. When using such a device, clogging of the flushing lines is avoided as much as possible, water consumption is low, and the costs of the device are low. The drawing shows a schematic example of the embodiment of the subject of the invention: Fig. 1 shows the boiler in longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 — the conveyor for collecting waste from above. The boiler is provided with a movable grate 2. Coarser waste, such as slag, etc., thrown from the grate fall into the hopper 3, terminated by a pipe 4, the outlet of which is directed to a mechanical conveyor consisting of, for example, a paddle wheel 6 mounted on an axle 5 and rotating in a pool 7 with water. The basin 7 has an outlet 8 through which the waste falls into the trolley 9. Instead of the trolleys, a trough or a conveyor belt or similar devices can be used. The exhaust gases flow through the smoke channels 10 and e.g. through the heater 11, while the fly ash and other small waste settle in the hoppers 12, 13 and finally collect in the tanks 14, 14*, which are connected by means of flushing pipes 15, 15' to the device 5-8 for removing larger waste. The tanks 14, 14' are cleaned by means of water supplied under pressure through pipes 16, 16' from the pressure pipe 17. The pumped water can enter, e.g. 18, 18* and clean the tanks 14, 14' by suction, or the tanks are cleaned by introducing directly pumped water into them, after which this water, together with small waste, flows into the pool 7, in which the waste settles and the water flows out through an overflow pipe. Since relatively small amounts of waste accumulate in the tanks 14, 14', rinsing can be periodic. The opening and closing of the pumped water line takes place periodically and automatically, e.g. by means of a tap set in motion by the conveyor 5, 6, or, depending on the water level in the pool 7, by means of a float or a similar device. The described device therefore operates in such a way that small waste accumulates in the tanks 14, 14' from where the washed-out water gets into the pool 7, where the larger waste falling from the pipe 4 also collects, then all the waste is thrown out together by a mechanical conveyor PL PL PL PL PL
