Such clips can be used to attach multi-band mobile camouflage panels to the surfaces and external and structural elements of combat vehicles, particularly tanks, in order to limit the possibility of detection and identification of the vehicle on the battlefield (for example in forest terrain) through direct observation (with the naked eye) and by means of battlefield reconnaissance systems operating in various wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation, in particular in the visible radiation range, in the near-infrared range (thermal radiation), and in the radio wave range at radar frequencies. Mobile camouflage panels are typically made of multi-layer polymers with high tear and tear resistance. The panels are typically coated with camouflage paint in colors appropriate for the given terrain, and the panel's exterior texture imitates the texture of that terrain. In the case of forested terrain, these colors will typically be black, green, and brown, while the exterior texture will imitate the natural forest environment (leaves, pine needles, etc.), effectively making the vehicle difficult to identify in the forest. Mobile camouflage panels are typically attached to vehicle surfaces and components such as the chassis (front, rear, sides), turret (front, rear, sides), gun barrel, road wheels, equipment installed in and on the vehicle turret, equipment storage baskets, observation and aiming devices, etc. Individual panels can be joined together, for example, using Velcro straps attached to the outer edges of the panels. The purpose of the utility model was to provide a fastening clip with a simple and durable design that would allow for quick and detachable attachment of mobile camouflage panels to surfaces, exterior elements, and structural components of combat vehicles. The essence of the utility model is the initially described fastening latch, characterized in that on the inner side of the quick-release section there is a fastening hole, the edges of which form two, substantially parallel to each other, locking projections, each of which comprises a locking recess in its central part, and the latch further comprises a quick-release in the form of a pin, the first end of which is terminated by a pressure pad, substantially perpendicular to the pin axis, adapted to adhere to the camouflage panel and preferably connected to the handle on the other side, and the opposite end of the pin is provided with a locking pin, passing through the pin substantially perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and defining locking projections adapted to be seated in the locking recesses. Preferably, the fastening clip according to the pattern further comprises a mounting socket secured to the inner side of the quick-connect section and provided with said mounting hole. Preferably, the clip bracket has two coplanar fastening sections, of which two parallel side sections connected by the quick-connect section are bent outwardly and substantially perpendicularly. The utility model is illustrated below in an embodiment and in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the fastening clip bracket according to the pattern in a side section; Fig. 2 shows the fastening clip bracket according to the pattern in a top view; Fig. 3 shows the base plate of the fastening clip bracket before bending; Fig. 4 shows the mounting socket of the fastening clip according to the pattern in a bottom view; Fig. 5 shows the mounting socket of the fastening latch in a side section; Fig. 6 shows the quick-release fastener of the fastening latch in a front view; Fig. 7 shows the quick-release fastener of the fastening latch in a side view; and Fig. 8 shows the fastening latch according to the utility model in a cross-section before (Fig. 8a) and after (Fig. 8b) attachment to the combat vehicle, together with the camouflage panel attached thereto. The illustrated fastening clip 1 comprises a bracket 2, a mounting socket 3 and a quick-release fastener 4. The bracket 2 shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has been bent from a flat bar shown in Fig. 3 to form a profile having two coplanar fastening sections 24 and 28, from which two parallel side sections 25 and 27 are bent outwards substantially perpendicularly and connected by a quick-release fastener section 26. The first fastening section 24 has a fastening hole 21 for fastening the bracket 2 to the armour of a combat vehicle by means of a screw screwed into an accessible exposed screw socket. The quick-connect section 26 in turn comprises a quick-connect opening 22 and two mounting holes 23 of the mounting socket 3. Figures 4 and 5 show the mounting socket 3 in the form of a flat bar comprising a mounting hole 31, the edges of which form two, substantially parallel to each other, locking projections 32, each of which comprises a locking recess 34 in its central part. The functionality of the projections and locking recesses 32 and 34 will be explained later. The mounting socket 3 also comprises two mounting holes 33, corresponding to the mounting holes 24 of the quick-connect section 26 of the bracket 2 and intended for securing the mounting socket 3 to the bracket 2 from the inside of the quick-connect section 26 by means of rivets. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, the quick-release fastener 4 is in the form of a pin 41, the first end of which is terminated by a pressure pad 44 perpendicular to the axis of the pin 41 and connected on the other side to a ring holder 42. The opposite end of the pin 41 is provided with a locking pin 43 passing through the pin 41 substantially perpendicular to its longitudinal axis and defining locking projections. Fig. 8 shows the fastening latch 1 in a side section after the camouflage panel 5 has been attached to the armor 6 of the combat vehicle. As can be seen, bracket 2 was screwed in using screw 11 and washer 12 into an accessible, exposed screw socket on the surface of the armour 6. The camouflage panel 5 was in turn provided at the place of the planned connection with bracket 2 with a tubular rivet 51 forged into its surface. From the outside, a quick connector 4 was inserted into the camouflage panel 5, passing successively through the tubular rivet 51, the mounting hole 23 of the quick connector section 26 of the bracket 2 and the fastening hole 31 of the mounting socket 3. After the quick connector 4 was inserted, its pin 41 was turned by means of the ring handle 2, and the locking pins 43 moved angularly on the locking protrusions 32 of the mounting socket 3, stabilizing their position in the locking recesses 34. The appropriately selected distance of the pin 41 between the locking pins 43 and the pressure washer 44 limits the rotation of the quick connector 4 and prevents it from falling out of the socket 3. The following can be used as fastening points for the fastening latches 1: Handrails, handles, brackets, additional frames, or other protruding vehicle body elements can, of course, be used in places without accessible screw connections. Individual cover panels can be connected using Velcro or 3M Dual Lock tapes.
