Abstract

Przystawka do rozrzutnika o konstrukcji talerzowej z kołyską (2) posiada talerze rozrzutowe usytuowane są pod kątem regulowane w dwóch płaszczyznach (dwóch osiach). Pochylenie talerzy na boki (lewo - prawo) regulowane w zakresie od -15 do +15 stopni od poziomu zaś pochylenie kołyski góra-dół wynosi od -10 do +10 stopni od pionu.The attachment for the spreader with a disc structure with a cradle (2) has spreading discs located at an angle and adjustable in two planes (two axes). The inclination of the plates to the sides (left - right) is adjustable in the range of -15 to +15 degrees from the horizontal, while the inclination of the cradle up and down is from -10 to +10 degrees from the vertical.

PL 70 872 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest przystawka do rozrzutnika materialu w szczególnosci do wapna. Znana dotychczas byla konstrukcja rozrzutnika z przystawka z talerzami regulowanymi w jednej plaszczyznie. Istota wzoru uzytkowego sa regulowane pochylenia talerzy w dwóch plaszczyznach (w dwóch osiach). Wartosc szerokosci rozrzucanego materialu ustalany za pomoca regulacji polozenia talerzy roz- rzutnika w dwóch plaszczyznach (niezaleznych osiach). Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiono na rys. 1 pokazuje rozrzutnik z zamontowana przy- stawka, rys. 2 przedstawia przystawke do rozrzucania materialu, rys. 3 przedstawia kolyske widoku z boku, rys. 4 przedstawia kolyske w widoku z przodu. Przykladowe rozwiazanie przystawki do rozrzucania. W sklad przystawki do rozrzucania materialu wchodzi zaczep 1 sluzacy do mocowania rozrzut- nika, kolyska 2 z zamontowanymi uchwytami talerzy posiadajacymi regulacje pochylenia w dwóch plasz- czyznach, uchwyt talerzy 3 z umieszczonymi silnikami hydraulicznymi z talerzami roboczymi, sruba ustalajaca 4, zabezpieczenie kolyski 5 zapobiegajace niekontrolowanemu przechylowi podczas usta- wiania kata nachylenia, os obrotu 6 kolyski, zabezpieczenie 7 kolyski, os obrotu 8 uchwytu talerzy oraz sruby ustalajacej 9 uchwytu. Pochylenie kolyski reguluje sie za pomoca zluzowania srub (rys. 2, fig. 5, 6) oraz przelozenia sruby ustalajacej (rys. 2, fig. 4) przez jeden z otworów znajdujacych sie na regulacji kolyski (rys. 3, fig. 1). Nastepnie nalezy dokrecic luzne sruby. Pochylenie uchwytów talerzy reguluje sie za pomoca zluzowania srub (rys. 2, fig. 7, 8) oraz prze- lozenia sruby ustalajacej (rys. 2, fig. 9) przez jeden z otworów znajdujacych sie na uchwycie talerza (rys. 4, fig. 1). Nastepnie nalezy dokrecic luzne sruby. Regulacja dwóch talerzy w tej plaszczyznie jest niezalezna. PL PLEN 70 872 Y1 2 Description of the design The object of the utility model is the attachment for the material spreader, especially for lime. The spreader design with an attachment with discs adjustable in one plane was known so far. The essence of the utility model are the adjustable inclination of the discs in two planes (in two axes). The value of the width of the spread material is set by adjusting the position of the spreader discs in two planes (independent axes). The subject of the utility model is shown in fig. 1 shows the spreader with the attachment fitted, fig. 2 shows the attachment for spreading material, fig. 3 shows the cradles from the side, fig. 4 shows the cradles in the front view. The attachment for spreading material consists of a hitch 1 for mounting the spreader, a cradle 2 with mounted disc holders with tilt adjustment in two planes, a disc holder 3 with placed hydraulic motors with working discs, a fixing screw 4, a cradle protection 5 to prevent uncontrolled tilt when setting the angle of inclination, axis of rotation 6 of the cradle, protection 7 of the cradle, axis of rotation 8 of the disc holder and the fixing screw 9 of the handle. The inclination of the cradle is adjusted by loosening the bolts (Fig. 2, Fig. 5, 6) and by moving the set screw (Fig. 2, Fig. 4) through one of the holes on the cradle adjustment (Fig. 3, Fig. 1) . Then tighten the loose bolts. The inclination of the disc holders is adjusted by loosening the bolts (Fig. 2, Fig. 7, 8) and by shifting the setting screw (Fig. 2, Fig. 9) through one of the holes on the plate holder (Fig. 4, Fig. 1). Claims

1. Protective provisions 1. Attachment for the spreader with a cradle-plate structure, characterized by the fact that the spreading discs are situated at an angle and are adjustable in two planes (two axes).

2. Attachment according to claim The device of claim 1, characterized in that the tilt of the discs sideways (left - right) is adjustable in the range from -15 to -15 degrees from the horizontal.
