Abstract

Plomba zabezpieczająca składa się z płaskiej płytki ekspozycyjnej (1), z której wyprowadzona jest elastyczna przewleczka (2), zakończona radełkowaniem (4). W płytce ekspozycyjnej (1) zamocowana jest blaszana wkładka blokująca (3) z nacięciami zakleszczającymi których uformowany jest jednokierunkowo przelotowy otwór (7). Plomba zabezpieczająca charakteryzuje się tym, że we wnętrzu płytki ekspozycyjnej (1) zatopiony jest blok znacznika RFID (6), zaś od strony przewleczki (2) we wnętrzu płytki ekspozycyjnej (1) zatopione są obrzeża wkładki blokującej (1).The security seal consists of a flat display plate (1), from which there is a flexible thread (2), finished with knurling (4). A metal locking insert (3) with locking notches is mounted in the display plate (1) and a unidirectional through hole (7) is formed. The security seal is characterized by the fact that an RFID tag block (6) is embedded inside the display plate (1), and the edges of the blocking insert (1) are embedded on the side of the pin (2) inside the display plate (1).

PL 70 855 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest plomba zabezpieczajaca przeznaczona do zabezpieczania róznego rodzaju urzadzen, opakowan i transporterów takich jak przykladowo bebny chemiczne, trans- portery lotnicze, liczniki pomiarowe, wodomierze. Znane sa plomby zabezpieczajace skladajace sie z plaskiej plytki ekspozycyjnej, z której wypro- wadzona jest elastyczna przewleczka, zakonczona radelkowaniem. W plytce ekspozycyjnej zamoco- wana jest blaszana wkladka blokujaca z nacieciami zakleszczajacymi, z których uformowany jest jed- nokierunkowo przelotowy otwór. Znane sa technologie RFID polegajace na bezprzewodowej identyfikacji znaczników RFID przy pomocy czytników RFID. Plomba zabezpieczajaca charakteryzuje sie wedlug wzoru uzytkowego tym, ze we wnetrzu plytki ekspozycyjnej wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego zatopiony jest blok znacznika RFID. We wnetrzu plytki ekspozycyjnej od strony przewleczki sa równiez zatopione obrzeza wkladki blokujacej. Wykorzystanie plomby zabezpieczajacej wedlug wynalazku zapewnia dobre zabezpieczenia przed niepowolanym otwarciem chronionego urzadzenia lub przedmiotu, jak równiez skuteczna kontrole ich lokalizacji dzieki zaprogramowaniu w systemie RFID. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 obrazuje czolowy widok ogólny plomby, a fig. 2 widok w powiekszeniu wkladki blokujacej. PLEN 70 855 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a security seal designed to protect various types of devices, packages and transporters, such as chemical drums, air transporters, measuring meters, water meters. Security seals are known which consist of a flat display plate from which an elastic thread is led, terminated with knurling. A metal blocking insert with jamming notches is mounted in the exposition plate, from which a one-way through hole is formed. There are known RFID technologies consisting in wireless identification of RFID tags with the use of RFID readers. The security seal is characterized according to the utility pattern by the fact that the RFID tag block is embedded inside the display plate made of plastic. The edges of the locking insert are also embedded inside the display plate from the side of the pin. The use of the security seal according to the invention provides good protection against unintended opening of the protected device or object, as well as effective control of their location thanks to programming in the RFID system. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a frontal view of the seal, and fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of the locking insert. The protective seal consists of a flat display plate 1 made of plastic, from which a flexible threaded pin 2 is led out, which is finished with a knurling 4. A metal blocking insert 3 with locking notches 5 is mounted in the display plate 1 with locking notches 5 from which a through hole 7. The RFID tag block 6 is embedded in the interior of the display plate 1, and the rims of the locking insert 3 are embedded in the interior of the display plate 1 from the side of the threaded pin 2.
