Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przelacznik klawiszowy. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, rysunku nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia przelacznik klawiszowy w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przelacznik klawiszowy w widoku z boku z drugiej strony i fig. 3 przelacznik klawiszowy w widoku z góry. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym, przelacznik klawiszowy z usytuowanym centralnie klawiszem posiada korpus, który w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu, którego dwa boki sa równolegle wzgledem siebie a dwa pozostale wyprofilowane lukiem na zewnatrz korpusu, z tym iz polaczenia poszczególnych boków sa zaokraglone. W widoku z boku od strony boków równoleglych, zgodnie z fig. 1, korpus ma na zewnetrznych krawedziach wzdluzdnie biegnace wypuklosci utworzone z luku rozpoczynajacego sie od podstawy a nastepnie przechodzacego w uskok linia skosna w strone klawisza. Natomiast w widoku z boku od strony boków wyprofilowanych lukiem, zgodnie z fig. 2, korpus jest wyprofilowany lagodnym lukiem opadajacym w strone podstawy. Centralnie, wewnatrz korpusu, umieszczony klawisz ma ksztalt obrysu zewnetrznego zgodnyz ksztaltem zewnetrznego obrysu korpusu. Ponadto wyprofilowanie jego plaszczyzny zewnetrznej jest zgodne z profilem korpusu wykonanym lagodnym lukiem opadajacym w strone podstawy. The new design is reflected in the arrangement of lines and patterns, giving the design a new and original appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the rocker switch from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the rocker switch from the other side, and Fig. 3 shows the rocker switch from a top view. According to the industrial design, the rocker switch with a centrally located rocker has a body that, when viewed from above, is roughly square, with two sides parallel to each other and the other two arcing outward, with the joints of the individual sides being rounded. In the side view from the parallel sides, as shown in Fig. 1, the body has longitudinally running convexities on its outer edges, formed by an arc starting from the base and then transitioning into a step with a diagonal line toward the key. In the side view from the arc-profiled sides, as shown in Fig. 2, the body is profiled with a gentle arc descending toward the base. The key, located centrally within the body, has an external contour that matches the external contour of the body. Furthermore, the profiling of its external surface is consistent with the body's profile, which is formed by a gentle arc descending toward the base. The essence of the industrial design: A centrally located key switch is characterized by a body that, when viewed from above, has a shape close to a square, with two sides parallel to each other and the other two arcing outward, with the joints of the individual sides rounded. In a side view from the parallel sides, the body has longitudinal ridges on its outer edges, formed by an arc starting from the base and sloping diagonally toward the key. In a side view from the arced sides, the body is profiled with a gentle arc descending toward the base. Centrally located inside the body, the key has an external outline that is consistent with the shape of the external outline of the body, and the profiling of its external surface is consistent with the profile of the body made in a gentle arc falling towards the base.
