Do pulpy reakcyjnej wprowadza sie równolegle z surow¬ cami - flokulant, a mianowicie poliakryloamid przy stezeniu jonu SO?" powyzej 2,5% w ilosci potrzebnej do usuniecia pienienia. Poliakryloamid najkorzystniej dozuje sie równomiernie z roztworem kwasu siarkowego lub popluczkaini.Zaleta sposobu usuwania piany w reaktorze kwasu fosforowego wedlug wynalazku jest osiagniecie pozadanego efektu - usuniecie piany — bez wprowadzania do ukladu substancji o niekorzystnym ubocznym dzialaniu, bez równoczesnej potrzeby uzycia dodatkowych urzadzen. W rezultacie osiaga sie poprawe filtrowal- nosci pulpy.Proces usuwania piany wedlug wynalazku przedstawiono w ponizszym przykladzie.Przyklad. Do reaktora kwasu fosforowego dozuje sie w sposób ciagly fosforyt MarokoII, kwas siarkowy o stezeniu 60% Ha S04 oraz popluczyny z filtru ó stezeniu 20% P2 O,. Równoczesnie z roztworem kwasu siarkowego dozuje sie w sposób ciagly do reaktora flokulant w postaci preparatu o nazwie Gigtar w ilosci 0,2 poliakryloamidu/1 kg rudy fosforanowej. Lepkosc 1% roztworu wodnego poliakryloamidu w20°C (wiskozymetr Hópplera) wynosi okolo 50 cP. Nadmiar kwasu siarkowego w pulpie 3,5%. W reaktorze nie obserwuje sie pienienia, natomiast na powierzchni pulpy wokól mieszadel utrzymuje sie warstwa czarnych2 70705 klaczków zanieczyszczen organicznych, które z pulpa odplywaja w sposób ciagly z reaktora. Przy saczeniu i przemywaniu placka filtracyjnego klaczki pozostaja na jego powierzchni, nie utrudniajac tych operacji.Otrzymywany filtrat jest klarowny, o barwie jasno-zielonej. PL PLPriority: Application announced: May 30, 1973 Patent description was published: June 3, 1974 70705. W 25/22 MKP COlb 25/22 • IBLOTTKA Authors of the invention: Urszula Glabisz, Lech Kacalski, Boguslaw Majewski, JózefKepinski, Henryk Gabryel Authorized by a temporary patent: Szczecin University of Technology, Szczecin (Poland) The subject of the invention is a method of removing foaming in the extraction of phosphates in the dihydrate method of phosphoric acid production. Until now known methods of elimination of foaming with appropriate preparations consisted in the use of organic substances with a long aliphatic chain, such as oleic acid or tall oil or silicones. extraction is to increase the viscosity of the reaction pulp and to deteriorate the gypsum crystallization. The aim of the invention is to remove the above-mentioned inconveniences and solve the foaming problem by eliminating from the reaction system organic impurities passing from Phosphate rock to the pulp and causing its foaming. The method of elimination of foaming in the dihydrate method of producing phosphoric acid according to the invention is to use the phenomenon of flocculation. Parallel to the raw materials, a flocculant is introduced into the reaction pulp, namely polyacrylamide at a concentration of SO SO "ion above 2.5% in the amount necessary to remove foaming. Polyacrylamide is most preferably dosed evenly with a solution of sulfuric acid or post-crush. in the phosphoric acid reactor according to the invention, it is possible to achieve the desired effect - removal of foam - without introducing into the system any substances with adverse side effects, without the simultaneous need for additional equipment. As a result, an improvement in the filtering capacity of the pulp is achieved. Example: Moroccan phosphate II, sulfuric acid 60% Ha S04 and filter wash liquids of 20% P2 O are continuously dosed into the phosphoric acid reactor. Simultaneously with the sulfuric acid solution, a flocculant is continuously dosed into the reactor in the form of preparation called Gigtar in the amount of 0.2 polyacrylamide / 1 kg of phosphate ore. The viscosity of a 1% aqueous solution of polyacrylamide at 20 ° C (Hoppler viscometer) is about 50 cP. 3.5% excess of sulfuric acid in the pulp. No foaming is observed in the reactor, while on the surface of the pulp around the mixers a layer of black2 70,705 organic pollutants is maintained, which from the pulp continuously drains from the reactor. When filter cake is filtered and washed, the filly remain on its surface, without hindering these operations. The obtained filtrate is clear, light green in color. PL PL
