Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, przejawiajaca sie w indywidualnym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów postac zespolu tylnych swiatel samochodu, zawierajacego oprawe i oslone ochronna Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony (w polozeniu ekspozycyjnym widocznym w stanie uzytkowania) na rysunku, na którym kolejne figury przedstawiaja : fig. 1 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z prawej strony, fig. 6 - zespól swiatel z fig. 1 w widoku z lewej strony, fig. 7 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 8 - zespól tylnych swiatel samochodu z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Oslona ochronna zespolu swiatel tylnych samochodu ma ksztaltprzypominajacy - w widoku od przodu -równoleglobok, którego boki: lewy i prawy sa pochylone w prawo, a dolny prawy wierzcholek jest mocno zaokraglony, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1; - W widoku z góry oslona ochronna ma ksztalt luku, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 3; - Oslona ochronna jest dwubarwna; w dolnej czesci oslony jest usytuowany poziomy kontrastowy pas, którego dolna krawedz jest w przyblizeniu równolegla do dolnej krawedzi oslony, górna krawedz jest w przyblizeniu równolegla do górnej krawedzi oslony, a lewa krawedz pokrywa sie z lewa krawedzia oslony, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 5; - W oslonie ochronnej zespolu swiatel jest widoczny ornament kratownicy, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1, fig. 5 i fig. 7; - Z tylu oslony jest umieszczona ksztaltowa oprawa, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 8. Inne cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - W widoku z prawej strony oslona ochronna ma ksztalt przypominajacy trójkat prostokatny, którego jedna przyprostokatna jest - w tym widoku -usytuowana u góry i jest znacznie dluzsza od drugiej przyprostokatnej, a przeciwprostokatna jest lagodnie wypukla, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 5.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new form of a rear light assembly of a car, manifesting itself in an individual shape, arrangement of lines and contours, comprising a frame and a protective cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown (in a display position visible in the state of use) in the drawing, in which the subsequent figures show: fig. 1 - a front view of the rear light assembly of a car, fig. 2 - a rear view of the light assembly of fig. 1, fig. 3 - a top view of the light assembly of fig. 1, fig. 4 - a bottom view of fig. 1, fig. 5 - a right-side view of the light assembly of fig. 1, fig. 6 - a left-side view of the light assembly of fig. 1, fig. 7 - a perspective view of the rear light assembly of a car from fig. 1. front, fig. 8 - the rear light assembly of the vehicle from fig. 1 in a perspective view from the rear. Essential features of the industrial design: - The protective cover of the rear light assembly of the vehicle has a shape resembling - in a front view - a parallelogram, the left and right sides of which are inclined to the right, and the lower right vertex is strongly rounded, as shown in fig. 1; - In a top view, the protective cover has the shape of an arc, as shown in fig. 3; - The protective cover is two-colour; in the lower part of the cover there is a horizontal contrasting band, the lower edge of which is approximately parallel to the lower edge of the cover, the upper edge is approximately parallel to the upper edge of the cover, and the left edge coincides with the left edge of the cover, as shown in figs. 1 and fig. 5; - A grid ornament is visible in the protective cover of the light assembly, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 5 and Figure 7; - A shaped fitting is placed on the back of the cover, as shown in Figures 1 to 8. Other significant features of the industrial design: - In the right-hand side view, the protective cover has a shape resembling a right-angled triangle, one leg of which is - in this view - situated at the top and is significantly longer than the other leg, and the hypotenuse is gently convex, as shown in Figure 5.
