Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest termometr, zwlaszcza ter- mometr pokojowy przeznaczony do mierzenia temperatury w pomieszcze- niach mieszkalnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu prze- jawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i ko- lorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych foto- grafiach przedstawiajacych widok czolowy termometru pokojowego w dwóch wersjach wybarwienia, z których fot. 1 przedstawia termometr w wybarwieniu drewna naturalnego, a fot. 2 wersje wybarwiona w kolorze mahoniu. Cechami istotnymi termometru wedlug wzoru jest to, iz stanowi go fantazyjnie wykrojona deseczka, na której za pomoca dwóch obejm jest umocowana kapilarna rurka termometryczna, wokól której, symetrycznie wzgledem niej, jest naniesione pole zlozone z poziomych kresek tworza- cych skale termometryczna. Deseczka w swej srodkowej czesci ma skie- rowane do jej wnetrza lukowe podciecia, które zarówno od dolu jak i od góry przechodza w zewnetrzne krawedzie o zaiysie eliptycznym. Poziome krawedzie deseczki sa dosrodkowo wciete po lukach o duzym promieniu, przy czym przejscia pomiedzy pionowymi i poziomymi krawedziami de- seczki sa wyoblone. Skala termometryczna umieszczona na prostokatnym polu jest skala monochromatyczna, i w przypadku deseczki w wybarwieniu naturalnego drewna jest wyrózniona ciemnym kolorem zarówno w zakresie temperatur od 0°C do 40°C, jak i w zakresie ponizej 0°C i powyzej 40°C.W przypadku deseczki wybarwionej w kolorze ciemnym, przykladowo ma- hon, zakres temperaturowy jest wyrózniony kolorem jasnym, kontrastuja- cym z kolorem podloza. Skala termometryczna sklada sie z poziomych kre- sek krótkich, srednich i dlugich i odzwierciedla temperature z dokladnosc- cia 1°C. W dolnej czesci, ponizej zbiorniczka kapilarnej rurki termometr- rycznej znajduje sie pole nadrukowe z danymi informujacymi o wytwórcy opisanego przedmiotu. Jest oczywistym, ze przedstawione przykladowe wersje realizacji nie odzwierciedlaja wszelkich mozliwych wybarwien i ich kombinacji z kont- rastujacym z kolorem konkretnego wybarwienia kolorem skali termomet- rycznej. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface drawing, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, which show the front view of the room thermometer in two color versions, of which Photo 1 shows the thermometer in a natural wood color, and Photo 2 shows the version stained in a mahogany color. The essential features of the thermometer according to the design are that it consists of a fancifully cut board, on which a capillary thermometric tube is attached by two clamps. Around the board, symmetrically, is a field composed of horizontal lines forming a thermometric scale. The board's central section has arc-shaped undercuts pointing inward, which merge into elliptical outer edges at both the top and bottom. The board's horizontal edges are indented inward along large-radius arcs, with the transitions between the board's vertical and horizontal edges being rounded. The thermometric scale, located on a rectangular field, is monochromatic, and in the case of a board with a natural wood color, it is highlighted with a dark color both in the temperature range from 0°C to 40°C and in the range below 0°C and above 40°C. In the case of a board stained in a dark color, such as mahogany, the temperature range is highlighted with a light color, contrasting with the color of the substrate. The thermometric scale consists of short, medium, and long horizontal lines and reflects temperature with an accuracy of 1°C. At the bottom, below the thermometric tube's capillary reservoir, there is a printed area with information about the manufacturer of the described item. It is obvious that the presented sample versions do not reflect all possible color variations and their combinations with the color of the thermometric scale contrasting with the color of the specific color.
