Butelka, zwlaszcza na wode toaletowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 21 stycznia 2004r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, zwlaszcza na wode toaletowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu, przede wszystkim wód kwiatowych, wód toaletowych i plynów po goleniu a takze innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture, zdobienie oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Butelka, zwlaszcza na wode toaletowa zostala zaprezentowana na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach w dwóch odmianach, gdzieodmiana 1 - dotyczy butelki bez nasadki, zas odmiana 2 - butelki z nasadka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - prezentuje butelke, wedlug odmiany 1 w widoku ogólnym od czola, fig.2 - uwidacznia ta sama butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu, natomiast fig. 4 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem, odmiana 2, zostala przedstawiona na rysunku, na którym fig.5 - pokazuje butelke w widoku ogólnym z przodu, fig. 6 - w widoku z boku, fig. 7 - w widoku z tylu, zas fig. 8 - w widoku od spodu. Butelke, zwlaszcza na wode toaletowa zaprezentowano takze na fotografii, na której fig.9 - prezentuje butelke, odmiana 1, fig. 1 0 - odmiana 2. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka, zwlaszcza na wode toaletowa, odmiana 1 jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej po bokach bryly o zaokraglonych obrzezach, której podstawa 1 ma zarys elipsy. Butelka w widoku z przodu i z tylu przypomina w swej formie prostokat z bocznymi sciankami 2 wyprofilowanymi lukowo, wklesla czescia skierowanymi do wewnatrz. Górna czesc butelki tworza ukosnie nachylone do podloza scianki 3. Scianki 3 sa zbiezne ku usytuowanemu posrodku obwodowemu nadlewowi 4. Obwodowy nadlew 4 przechodzi w nagwintowana szyjke 5. Frontowa powierzchnia butelki jest wyposazona w wypuklosc 6 w formie owalu. Ponizej owalnej wypuklosci 6 jest rozmieszczona wypuklosc 7, zblizona w swym ksztalcie do prostokata. Jej górna krawedz 8 jest wyprofilowana lukowo. Posrodku tylnej scianki butelki znajduje sie wypuklosc 9 w ksztalcie zblizonym do zarys butelki w widoku z tylu. Boczne krawedzie 10 sa wyprofilowane lukowo i sciete ukosnie, natomiast górna i dolna krawedz U przebiegaja poziomo.Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka, zwlaszcza na wode toaletowa, odmiana 2 jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej po bokach bryly o zaokraglonych obrzezach, której podstawa 1 ma zarys elipsy. Boczne krawedzie 9 sa wyprofilowane lukowo i sciete ukosnie, natomiast górna i dolna krawedz 10 przebiegaja poziomo. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle, specifically for eau de toilette, used in the packaging of floral waters, eau de toilette, and aftershave lotions, as well as other products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, decoration, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The bottle, specifically for eau de toilette, is presented in the attached drawings and photographs in two versions: version 1 refers to the bottle without a cap, and version 2 refers to the bottle with a cap. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle according to variant 1 in a general front view, fig. 2 shows the same bottle in a side view, fig. 3 in a back view, and fig. 4 in a bottom view. The bottle according to the design, variant 2, is presented in the drawing, in which fig. 5 shows the bottle in a general front view, fig. 6 in a side view, fig. 7 in a back view, and fig. 8 in a bottom view. The bottle, especially for eau de toilette, is also presented in a photograph, where Fig. 9 shows the bottle, variant 1, and Fig. 10 shows variant 2. Among the essential features of the industrial design are that the bottle, especially for eau de toilette, variant 1, is shaped as a solid, flattened on the sides, with rounded edges, the base 1 of which has an ellipse-shaped outline. The bottle, seen from the front and back, resembles a rectangle with arc-shaped side walls 2, the concave part facing inward. The upper part of the bottle is formed by walls 3, inclined diagonally to the ground. Walls 3 converge towards a centrally located circumferential riser 4. The circumferential riser 4 merges into a threaded neck 5. The front surface of the bottle is equipped with an oval-shaped protrusion 6. Below the oval protrusion 6 is a protrusion 7, similar in shape to a rectangle. Its upper edge 8 is arc-shaped. In the center of the rear wall of the bottle is a protrusion 9, similar in shape to the outline of the bottle seen from the back. The side edges 10 are arc-shaped and diagonally cut, while the upper and lower edges of the U-shape run horizontally. Significant features of the industrial design include that the bottle, particularly for eau de toilette, variant 2, is shaped as a solid, flattened on the sides, with rounded edges, whose base 1 has an ellipse-like outline. The bottle, viewed from the front and back, resembles a rectangle with arc-shaped side walls 2, the concave portion facing inward. The upper part of the bottle is formed by walls 3, inclined diagonally to the ground. The walls 3 converge towards a centrally located circumferential riser 4.
