PL 69 693 Y1 2 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest odstepnik tlumiacy przeznaczony do stosowania w elektro- energetyce do utrzymywania odstepów miedzy przewodami w wiazce w liniach najwyzszych napiec. W liniach wysokich i najwyzszych napiec sa stosowane przewody wiazkowe. Przewód wiazko- wy, tworzacy jedna faze linii, sklada sie z dwóch, trzech, czterech lub wiekszej liczby przewodów utrzymywanych w stalych odleglosciach od siebie 30÷50 cm za pomoca tak zwanych odstepników. Znany jest do tego celu odstepnik tlumiacy o konstrukcji nosnej w ksztalcie trójkata, który w na- rozach ma wezly mocujace z ramionami mocujacymi dla przewodów. Kazdy wezel mocujacy ma dwu- dzielny korpus z dwudzielnym elementem tlumiacym i poprzecznym sworzniem mocujacym dla waha- dlowego zamocowania ramion mocujacych i centralnego osadzenia elementu tlumiacego. Istota odstepnika tlumiacego wedlug wzoru uzytkowego polega na tym, ze kazdy wezel mocu- jacy posiada dwudzielny tulejkowy rezystor obejmujacy z obu stron koniec ramienia mocujacego w miejscu jego wahliwego mocowania. Dwudzielny tulejkowy rezystor osadzony jest centralnie w dwudzielnym gniezdzic elementu tlumiacego. Rozwiazanie odstepnika wedlug wzoru zapobiega przeplywowi minimalnych pradów pomiedzy jego wezlami mocujacymi, powstalych na skutek róznicy potencjalów elementów skladowych odstep- nika, posiadajacych rózna przewodnosc wlasciwa. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia odstepnik tlumiacy w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 – wezel mocujacy odstepnika w przekroju po- przecznym. Odstepnik tlumiacy ma konstrukcje nosna 1 w ksztalcie trójkata, która w narozach posiada we- zly mocujace 2 z ramionami mocujacymi 3, zamocowanymi wahliwie na sworzniach mocujacych 4. Kazdy wezel mocujacy 2 ma dwudzielny korpus 5, przez który przechodzi poprzeczny sworzen mocu- jacy 4, laczacy obie czesci korpusu. Wewnatrz korpusu 5 znajduje sie dwudzielny element tlumiacy 6 osadzony w korpusie 5, który w obydwu swoich czesciach ma centralnie umieszczone gniazda z osa- dzonymi w nich czesciami dwudzielnego tulejkowego rezystora 8, obejmujacymi koniec ramienia mo- cujacego 3. Bundled wires are used in high and highest voltage lines. The harness wire, forming one phase of the line, consists of two, three, four or more wires kept at constant distances of 30 ÷ 50 cm from each other by so-called spacers. For this purpose, a damper with a triangular-shaped support structure is known, which has fastening knots with fastening arms for the conductors in the corners. Each fastening node has a two-part body with a two-part damper element and a transverse fastening pin for the pendulum mounting of the fastening arms and the central seat of the damper element. The essence of the damping spacer, according to the utility model, is that each fixing knot has a two-part sleeve resistor covering the end of the fixing arm on both sides in the place of its pivoting fixing. The two-part sleeve resistor is placed centrally in the two-part socket of the damping element. The solution of the separator according to the formula prevents the flow of minimal currents between its fastening knots, formed as a result of the difference in potentials of the separator components having different specific conductivity. The object of the utility model is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the damper in a plan view, and Fig. 2 shows the fixing knot of the spacer in a cross-section. The damping bumper has a triangular-shaped carrier structure 1, which in the corners has fastening knots 2 with fastening arms 3 pivotally mounted on fastening pins 4. Each fastening knot 2 has a two-part body 5 through which a transverse fastening pin 4 passes, connecting both parts of the body. Inside the body 5 there is a bipartite damping element 6 embedded in the body 5, which in both of its parts has centrally located sockets with parts of a split resistor 8 embedded in them, covering the end of the clamping arm 3.
