Wieksze czastki paliwa, przelatujac nad strefa plomienia ulegaja wstepnemu osuszeniu. Podsumowujac, szeroko rozpowszechnione sa w swiecie nastepujace kombinacje typów rusz- tów i sposobów podawania paliwa na ruszt: ? ruszt schodkowy, podawanie paliwa popychaczem, ? ruszt wedrowny, podawanie paliwa popychaczem, ? ruszt wibracyjny, podawanie paliwa popychaczem, ? ruszt schodkowy, podawanie narzutowe paliwa, ? ruszt wedrowny, podawanie narzutowe paliwa, ? ruszt wibracyjny, podawanie narzutowe paliwa. We wszystkich powyzej wspomnianych paleniskach rusztowych ponad rusztem wprowadza sie dodatkowe powietrze wtórne do spalania. Korzystnymi skutkami paleniska rusztowego wedlug wynalazku sa: – niskie emisje NOx i CO, – niska zawartosc czesci palnych w popiele – mozliwosc jednoczesnego spalania kilku paliw jednoczesnie, PL 69 683 Y1 3 – mozliwosc spalania paliw o szerokim zakresie wartosci opalowej, – mozliwosc spalania paliw o róznej wielkosci czastek, – wieksza dyspozycyjnosc – istnieja 3 niezalezne linie podawania paliwa. Ewentualnie operator moze obnizyc obciazenie paleniska. 3 przedstawia palenisko rusztowe wedlug wynalazku; fig. 4 przedstawia uklad doprowa- dzania paliwa do paleniska w rzucie z góry wedlug wynalazku; fig. 5 przedstawia uklad podawania paliwa z zasobników przykotlowych do paleniska wedlug wynalazku; fig. 6 schemat gospodarki powie- trzem w rozwiazaniu wedlug zgloszenia; fig. 7 uklad dysz powietrza wtórnego z zawirowywaczami wedlug wzoru uzytkowego. Wloty paliwa 2 sa umieszczone tangencjalnie, dzieki czemu uzyskuje sie wirowy ruch paliwa w palenisku. Dzieki istnie- niu trzech niezaleznych linii podawania paliwa moga byc spalane trzy rodzaje paliw, np. zrebki drzew- ne, sloma i osuszone osady sciekowe. Uklad powietrza do spalania. Dzieki podawaniu powietrza pierwotnego z niedomiarem, a powietrza wtór- nego z odpowiednim nadmiarem uzyskuje sie redukcje emisji NOx. Recyrkulacja spalin. Uklad recyrkulacji spalin 15 stosuje sie w celu obnizenia temperatury w palenisku w przypadku spalania paliwa o wysokiej wartosci opalowej. Sluzy on równiez utrzymaniu stalej temperatury spalin w palenisku. 3. Czesc spalin z ukladu recyrkulacji 15 jest dopro- wadzana do ukladu powietrza transportowego 13 paliwa, aby uzyskac odpowiednio duza ilosc czynni- ka wdmuchujacego paliwo do paleniska. PL PLEN 69 683 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a grate furnace for combustion, preferably biomass used in the heating industry. The solution disclosed in the description is used as a steam and hot water generator in heat and power plants, heat plants and wood industry plants. The burning of solid fuels on a grate has long been known. Until now, the most widespread was the burning of coal fuels in grate furnaces. Currently, methods of burning biomass fuels in grate furnaces are being developed. Among the existing methods of biomass combustion in grate furnaces, the best known method is combustion on a sliding - step grate, where the fuel is fed to the grate by means of pushers. The fuel burns up as it moves over the grate. The fuel rests on a grate system, which, when actuated by hydraulic actuators, moves forward and backward in appropriate sequences, causing the fuel to move on the grate. Combustion air is supplied from below. Another known method of burning biomass fuels in grate furnaces is flash firing (Fig. 1). The fuel is not fed to the grate by the pushers, but is thrown onto the grate from an appropriate height by means of special spreaders. In this way, the smaller particles burn in suspension before they fall onto the bed on the grate. Larger particles of the fuel, passing over the flame zone, are initially dried. Blast furnaces with a traveling (belt) grate are widely used, where the grate surface consists of appropriate grates - "scales" connected with each other and forming an appropriate belt driven by electric motors. The fuel drops to the belt, moves at the correct speed, and burns out. Combustion air is also supplied from the bottom. The third type of grates - quite widespread - are vibrating grates. The movement of the fuel on the grate is achieved due to the fact that the grate vibrates appropriately. In the patent application No. US2730997 there is disclosed a boiler for solid fuels, including biomase, equipped with a grate furnace. There are air inlets in the upper part of the firebox. There is a grate in the lower part. Both parts are covered with an insulating brickwork. The secondary air inlets for combustion are arranged tangentially on two levels. Summarizing, the following combinations of grate types and fuel feeding methods are widespread in the world:? stepped grate, fuel feeding with a pusher,? traveling grate, fuel feeding with a pusher,? vibrating grate, fuel feeding with a pusher,? stepped grate, fuel overhead feeding,? traveling grate, fuel overhead feeding,? vibrating grate, fuel overhead feeding. In all the above-mentioned grate furnaces, additional secondary combustion air is introduced above the grate. This is due to the fact that biomass has a large amount of volatile matter that is released during gasification on the grate. Secondary air is supplied to burn out the CO in the furnace above the flame zone. The subject of the utility model is a grate hearth consisting of a cylinder-shaped upper part with air inlets placed in it and a lower part with a grate, with the lower part and the upper part covered with an insulating brickwork, characterized by three inlets The primary air supplying the solid fuel with a grain size of 1 to 50 mm to the combustion chamber is placed tangentially, and above there are three nozzles supplying secondary air for combustion. As a result, a vortex is created in the hearth. This vortex extends the residence time of fine fuel particles and unburned gases from combustion on the grate, in the high temperature zone, which results in low CO emissions, and at the same time allows to lower the combustion temperature, which in turn reduces NOx emissions. The furnace is equipped with a reciprocating-staircase grate. According to the invention, the beneficial effects of the grate furnace are: - low NOx and CO emissions, - low content of combustible parts in the ash - possibility of simultaneous combustion of several fuels simultaneously, PL 69 683 Y1 3 - possibility of burning fuels with a wide range of calorific value, - possibility of burning fuels with different particle sizes, - greater availability - there are 3 independent fuel feeding lines. It is estimated that in units fired with biomass, approximately 80% of boiler shutdowns are caused by failures in the fuel supply system. Due to the existence of three independent fuel supply lines, in the event of failure of one of them, the furnace can operate on the other two. Alternatively, the operator can reduce the load on the furnace. The state of the art and the grate furnace according to the utility model and its arrangements are shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows an incineration furnace with a hinged traveling grate - known from the prior art; Fig. 2 shows a biomase-burning grate furnace known in the art; Fig. 3 shows a grate hearth according to the invention; Fig. 4 is a top plan view of the fuel supply system to the furnace according to the invention; Fig. 5 shows the system of fuel supply from the boiler to the furnace according to the invention; 6 shows a diagram of the air management in the solution according to the application; 7 shows an arrangement of secondary air nozzles with swirlers according to the utility pattern. The grate hearth, according to the utility model, consists of 2 parts:? the upper, 1-cylinder, combustion of a fine fraction of the fuel and after-combustion of gases resulting from the fuel gasification on the grate. ? lower 5 - with a grate 6 on which the gasification and combustion process of a thicker fraction of the fuel takes place. The upper part 1 of the furnace is in the shape of a tin cylinder, bricked from the inside with insulating brickwork. In the lower part 5, with three inlets 2, fuel is supplied to the furnace, and above there are nozzles 14 for supplying secondary air for combustion. Both the fuel inlets 2 for the furnace and the air inlets 14 are arranged tangentially, thereby creating a vortex in the furnace. The lower part 5 of the furnace consists of a sheet metal casing - also covered with an insulating brickwork - in which there is a grate 6. Coarser particles of fuel fall onto the grate 6, which do not burn in suspension ("suspension"). They are burnt in the grate 6. The flue gases resulting from fuel combustion in the grate 6 are swirled in the upper 1 - cylindrical part of the furnace. There, too, the possible excess CO contained in the flue gas from the grate is burned up. A sliding - step grate was used, because this type of grate is most often used for burning biomass fuels, and the experience of using this type of grate is positive. The slime formed after the combustion of the fuel on the grate 6 is discharged through the de-release system. Fuel delivery system. Fuel is transported from the storage yard to three bunkers 7 by the boiler. From the bunkers 7, the fuel is fed by means of appropriate feeders 8 and screw feeders 9 to the fuel supply channels to the furnace. The fuel inlets 2 are positioned tangentially, which results in a swirling motion of the fuel in the furnace. Thanks to the existence of three independent fuel supply lines, three types of fuel can be burnt, eg wood chips, straw and drained sewage sludge. As it can be seen in Fig. 4, the mixing of fuels takes place only in the furnace, which enables the fuel supply system to react quickly to changes in the combustion process. For example, if in two bunkers 7 there is fuel with high humidity (and hence - low calorific value), and in the third one with a high calorific value, e.g. bone flour or dry chips, then in the case of lowering the combustion temperature due to the inlet to the furnace of a batch of high moisture fuel, the operator may react by increasing the amount of fuel with a higher calorific value or by reducing the amount of moist fuel. The reaction to changes in the combustion process is much faster in this system than if the fuels were mixed in the fuel supply system before the furnace. Of course, the fuel feeding system may work in an automatic control system. The method of transporting fuel from the bunkers 7 to the furnace is as follows. The amount of fuel supplied is regulated by feeders 8. Then the fuel is transported by screw feeders 9 to the fuel inlet channel 11 to the transport air channel 10. The fuel, falling down in the vertical channel 11 under the screw feeder 9, obtains the appropriate speed, which additionally increases after mixing the fuel with the transport air 16. Fuel particles "fall" into the furnace at a speed that allows for the swirling movement of the fuel in the furnace. The process of fuel combustion in the furnace is similar to that in an overburden furnace. Smaller particles burn in suspension ("suspension") circulating in the cylindrical part of the PL 69 683 Y1 4 furnace, while larger particles fall onto the grate 6 in the lower part 5 of the furnace, where they are gasified and the charcoal formed in the gasification process is burnt. Combustion air system. Combustion air can basically be divided into two groups: - primary air - secondary air. The primary air, in turn, is divided into grate air 12 - fed under the grate, and transport air 13 - used to introduce fuel into the furnace. Secondary air is divided into air introduced into the furnace at the lower level 3, and air introduced at the upper level 4. Thanks to this, the combustion process can be appropriately "stretched" at the height of the cylindrical part 1 of the furnace. By supplying the primary air with an excess and the secondary air with an appropriate excess, NOx emissions are reduced. This is a method known under the English name "stagged-air combustion". Secondary air is introduced into the furnace through nozzles (pipes) 14 in which the swirlers are located. By blowing air at high speed through the nozzles with swirlers 14 a high turbulence of the secondary air is achieved at the inlet of the furnace. Due to the tangential arrangement of the air nozzles 14 (shown in Fig. 7), a vortex is obtained in the furnace. Thanks to the "stretching" of the combustion process at the height of the furnace, as well as the swirling movement of flue gases and air in the furnace (which affects the prolongation of the time the combustion particles stay in the furnace) and, thanks to the considerable turbulence, it is possible to lower the combustion temperature in the furnace, thus NOx emissions are reduced, while maintaining the appropriate level of CO emissions and the amount of combustible particles in the ash. Exhaust gas recirculation. The exhaust gas recirculation system 15 is used to lower the temperature in the furnace when burning fuel with a high calorific value. It is also used to maintain a constant temperature of exhaust gases in the furnace. The exhaust gas recirculation nozzles are introduced into the lower part 5 of the furnace, above the bed located on the grate as shown in Fig. 3. Part of the exhaust gas from the recirculation system 15 is fed to the fuel transport air system 13 in order to obtain a sufficiently large amount of the medium. blowing fuel into the furnace. In order to obtain a vortex of fuel in the furnace, the speed of the fuel at the inlet (and thus the amount of the transporting medium) must be sufficiently high, and in order to carry out combustion with a specific excess of air, it may turn out that the amount of transport air is insufficient and hence the "support" of exhaust gas recirculation 15. The furnace cooperates with the boiler due to the fact that combustion takes place in the furnace, and heat is recovered in a recovery boiler, and the boiler can be steam or water. PL PL
