Abstract

W ujawnionym mechanizmie składania ławki, do poprzecznych listew (1), przymocowane jest siedzisko (2), które składa się z poprzeczek (4) umieszczonych zasadniczo regularnie i wzdłużnie w stosunku do długości ławki. Poprzeczne listwy (1) mają kształt litery "L" o krótszej części ich ramienia skierowanej w dół. Zaś w krótszej części każdej z obu poprzecznych listew (1) wydrążone są otwory przelotowe (5), w których umieszczone są sworznie (6) łączące każdą z obu poprzecznych listew (1) z odpowiadającym jej płaskownikiem (7). Każdy z płaskowników (7) umieszczony jest równolegle do dłuższego ramienia odpowiedniej poprzecznej listwy (1). Do elementów podporowych przymocowane są przegubowo jednym końcem zastrzały. Drugi koniec zastrzałów umieszczony jest w śrubie przykręconej nakrętką do elementu siedzeniowego. Z polskiego opisu zgłoszenia patentowego P-376425 (publ. BUP Nr 03/2007) znane jest także rozwiązanie pt. „Ławka składana, zwłaszcza do zamocowania w terenie otwartym lub w hali, zespół mocowania ławki, zwłaszcza składanej, oraz panel podłoża dla ławek, zwłaszcza składanych”. Mechanizm składania ławki według wynalazku jest nieskomplikowany w obsłudze. Zasadniczą jego zaletę stanowi znaczne zwiększenie stabilności siedziska ławki w trakcie użytkowania, po jej rozłożeniu. Efekt ten uzyskano dzięki wprowadzeniu dodatkowych punktów podparcia elementów siedziska ławki oraz wprowadzeniu niestosowanego dotychczas rozmieszczenia punktu obrotu składanego siedziska. Wykorzystane w opracowanym mechanizmie elementy obrotowe są korzystnie dodatkowo zdystansowane i zapewniają bezpieczeństwo użytkownika w trakcie składania i rozkładania ławki, co ogranicza niebezpieczeństwo przyszczypnięcia palców rąk użytkownika. Przedmiotowe rozwiązanie nie wymaga ponadto stosowania dodatkowych elementów zabezpieczających przed niepożądanym złożeniem ławki.
