Stosowanie dwupłytowej platformy dynamograficznej według wzoru przebiega następująco: pacjent staje na powierzchniach 1 i 2 platformy ustawionych bądź osobno, bądź umieszczonych w gnieździe 6 podstawy 4 z poręczami 7. Pacjent wykonuje ćwiczenia i testy celem oceny i treningu koordynacji nerwowo-mięśniowej, dystrybucji obciążenia i równowagi. Zaletami platformy według wzoru są: możliwość analizy dystrybucji obciążenia w osi pionowej, reedukacji chodu, czynności dynamicznych takich jak skoki, kształtowania koordynacji nerwowo--mięśniowej (czas reakcji, różnicowanie czuciowe); możliwość wykorzystania biofeedbacku zarówno podczas testów zadaniowych, jak i podczas ćwiczeń; baza gotowych testów i programów treningowych; możliwość tworzenia własnych szablonów testów i szablonów treningowych; archiwizacja danych pacjentów z możliwością druku i eksportu danych; intuicyjne oprogramowanie w języku polskim i innych językach.
Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a dynamographic double-disc platform, used to assess motor-muscular coordination and dynamic exercises. This device is used in orthopedic, neurological, sports and children's rehabilitation as well as in the diagnosis and treatment of load distribution and balance disorders. Similar devices are known, but they are not so versatile and do not have the possibility of using feedback, the so-called biofeedback, during task testing as well as during load distribution and balance exercises. The two-plate dynamographic platform according to the pattern consists of two flat surfaces placed in a socket on a base leveled by means of adjustable feet, containing a set of sensors and measuring electronics, and having outputs through connectors to peripheral devices. The peripheral devices are: a computer with a monitor and a camera. The two-plate platform is equipped with a seat base with handrails. The subject of the pattern is described in more detail on the basis of the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows two flat surfaces in top view, fig. 2 shows a base with handrails. The two-plate dynamographic platform according to the pattern consists of two flat surfaces 1 and 2 placed in the socket on the base 4, with the possibility of leveling by means of adjustable feet 5 and containing a set of sensors and measuring electronics having outputs through connectors 3 to peripheral devices. The peripheral devices are: a computer with monitors and cameras. The two-plate platform is equipped with a base 4 with a socket 6 and removable handrails 7. The use of a double-plate dynamographic platform according to the pattern is as follows: the patient stands on the surfaces 1 and 2 of the platform set either separately or placed in the socket 6, base 4 with handrails 7. The platform is level by means of adjustable feet 5. The platform is connected via connectors 3 to a computer equipped with a monitor for the therapist and a monitor for the patient and cameras showing the front and side of the patient. The patient performs exercises and tests to assess and train neuromuscular coordination, load distribution and balance. The essence of the exercises is to precisely follow the cursor, controlling the pressure and balance of the body on the surface of the platform. The platforms can also be used separately, taken out of the socket 6 of the base 4 during specific sports exercises, such as jumps. For this purpose, the handrails 7 are designed so that they can be removed without tools. The advantages of the platform according to the formula are: the ability to analyze the load distribution along the vertical axis, gait re-education, dynamic activities such as jumps, shaping neuromuscular coordination (reaction time, sensory differentiation); the possibility of using biofeedback both during task tests and during exercises; database of ready-made tests and training programs; the ability to create your own test templates and training templates; archiving patient data with the possibility of printing and exporting data; intuitive software in Polish and other languages.
