Description
Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest czujnik poziomu cieczy, zwłaszcza cieczy roboczej opryskiwaczy rolno-sadowniczych. Zadanie czujnika polega na zebraniu informacji nt. aktualnego poziomu cieczy celem dalszej transformacji. Zasadnicze elementy czujnika to węże nie przewodzące (zwane dalej wężem), sondy wykonane z materiału przewodzącego lub częściowo przewodzącego o kształcie rurowym (zwane dalej sondami) oraz kable połączeniowe. Odcinki węża naprzemiennie połączone sondami tworzą trwałą całość. Do sond podłączone są kable połączeniowe prowadzone wewnątrz ciągu trwale i współosiowo połączonych węży oraz sond. Koniec czujnika zaślepiony jest sondą bez otworu. Czujnik taki zostaje umieszczony w rurze wskazowej poziomu cieczy zbiornika, zwłaszcza opryskiwacza, lub wewnątrz samego zbiornika opryskiwacza lub innej cieczy. W zależności od stopnia zanurzenia czujnika w badanej cieczy odpowiednie sondy przekazują informację na temat jej poziomu. Czujnik poziomu cieczy przedstawia rysunek, na którym: • 1 przedstawia kable połączeniowe • 2 przedstawia wąż nie przewodzący • 3 przedstawia sondy rurkowe • 4 sondę pełną (zaślepiającą). The task of the sensor is to collect information about the current liquid level for further transformation. The essential parts of the sensor are non-conductive hoses (hereinafter the hose), probes made of conductive or partially conductive material with a tubular shape (hereinafter the probes) and connecting cables. The hose sections are alternately connected with probes to form a permanent whole. The probes are connected with connecting cables routed inside a string of permanently and coaxially connected hoses and probes. The end of the sensor is closed with a probe without a hole. Such a sensor is placed in the liquid level indicator pipe of a tank, especially a sprayer, or inside the sprayer tank itself or another liquid. Depending on the degree of immersion of the sensor in the tested liquid, appropriate probes provide information about its level. The liquid level sensor shows the drawing where: • 1 shows connecting cables • 2 shows a non-conductive hose • 3 shows tubular probes • 4 shows a full (blanking) probe.
